Optional First-Party Funnel Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use the following session-storage items:

The associated raw server-side event records are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Irreversible aggregate statistics may be kept longer.
Google Analytics and Google Ads Measurement
We use Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode. Until you make a choice, or if you decline, Google sets no cookies and stores no identifiers on your device; it receives only cookieless, aggregate signals with advertising identifiers redacted. If you accept, the following cookies may be set to measure site usage and advertising performance:

Declining, or later withdrawing consent, removes the Google cookies we can access and returns Google to cookieless signals only.
Service Providers
- Stripe: may use storage necessary for secure payment processing when you use checkout. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps: loads on the contact page only after you accept optional analytics. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Managing Your Choice
You can change your choice at any time using in the footer. Declining does not affect browsing, pricing or booking. You may also remove stored data through your browser settings.
