Before You Get In
- Shower first to remove lotions, perfumes and cosmetics
- No glass near the hot tub — use plastic or provided non-glass drinkware
- No food, jewellery or electrical devices in or near the hot tub
- Check the temperature does not exceed 40°C (lower if children will be using it)
- The hot tub may not be at full temperature on your check-in day if water was replaced between guests
While Using the Hot Tub
- Keep your head above water at all times — tie long hair back
- Stay hydrated — avoid alcohol, heavy meals or exercise right before use
- Do not drink alcohol while in the hot tub
- Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes to prevent overheating
- Do not overload beyond the recommended number of people
Children & Supervision
- Children must be supervised at all times in and around the hot tub
- Never leave non-swimmers or children unattended
- Children under 8 are not permitted in the hot tub; those aged 8–17 must be supervised by an adult
Health & Medical
- Consult a doctor before using if you are pregnant, elderly, or have chronic conditions (heart disease, diabetes, blood pressure issues)
- Do not use the hot tub within 14 days of diarrhoea or if you have an infectious skin condition
- Do not use if you are feeling unwell
Looking After the Hot Tub
- There is a floating device in the water to monitor chemical levels — please do not remove it
- Keep the lid on when the hot tub is not in use
- Do not sit on the hot tub cover — it is not designed to hold weight
