Uniquely in the managed holiday home space we only take a commission after the cleaning cost has been netted off your income so we’re fully committed to ensuring every clean is perfect.

Sometimes issues occur and if your favourite kitchen appliance stops working or the boiler gives out you can be sure we’ll get it sorted. Thanks to our local networks of trusted tradesmen we’ll be able to solve any issue as quickly as possible and in most cases we’ll fix any issue on the day.

Our pricing model combines the very best in cutting edge pricing techniques with complete guest flexibility. We don’t follow the traditional model of fixed changeover days and provide guests with complete freedom to book any length of stay from any date! Thanks to our approach we typically deliver between 40-45 weeks of occupancy in the year, more than double the rate of a traditional agency.
