  • Property owners: Guest names, contact details, and stay dates to facilitate your visit.
  • Google: Anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics (when enabled).

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

  • Booking data: 6 years after your stay (to meet tax and legal obligations).
  • Enquiry data: 2 years from the date of your last enquiry.
  • Marketing consent: Until you withdraw your consent.
  • Property owner data: For the duration of our working relationship plus 6 years.
