About this space
The living room is comfortable with cosy seating, and there’s a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for whipping up meals or enjoying a takeaway. Both bedrooms are inviting, with plush beds and soft linens.
The space
stay. The two bedrooms are snug and homely, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. One
bedroom has three single beds and the other a double bed, so there’s ample room for five
guests.
The house has Wi-Fi and a large-screen TV with Netflix and a host of other channels and the
smart well-appointed kitchen has a microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker,
washing machine, fridge and freezer.
The back garden is restful and enclosed, a haven for enjoying a cheeky drink. There’s also
an open grassed area.
Guests love the location as it’s a short stroll into Swanage and less than a mile to the shore
and pier and there’s the bonus of having free parking, which is rare in the area. Swanage
has a rich history dating back to Roman Times and it has some splendid waterside
restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. Nearby there are impressive chalk cliffs and stunning
Corfe Castle is a short drive away.

This is the owner’s much-loved home, so we kindly ask that you take good care of the property at all times. Please treat the house and its contents with respect, keep it clean and tidy, and ensure it is well looked after throughout your stay.
We’d really appreciate guests being considerate and respectful toward our neighbours at all times, especially when it comes to noise.
