Jodie’s Bungalow is a stylish house in the pretty village of Ruddington just 3.7 miles from Nottingham city centre!

You’ll be next door to Rushcliffe Country Park yet only 5 miles from the Motorpoint Arena. It’s a great place to relax with three bedrooms plus sofa bed, Netflix, free Wifi, high-spec bathroom and an enclosed garden with dining table and swing seats.

Ideal for families and groups of friends with free on-site parking, easy check-in and a wide choice of pubs and restaurants.

The space
Jodie’s Bungalow is freshly renovated throughout in cool relaxed style, with Wifi, views of the large garden and accommodation for up to 6 guests.

There is plenty of parking space with a long drive and space for up to 4 cars.

The hallway leads into the spacious living room which has a flat screen TV with Netflix and generous seating, converting into a double sofa bed ‒ ideal for relaxing with a good film.

The dining table seating six is next to the airy fully-fitted kitchen overlooking the garden. You’ll find a waterfall sink, ample workspace with a coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster and an island with bar stools.

There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed with a single trundle and another single, the second with a double bed, and the third with a bunk bed plus a pull out trundle. *Please note that this property is strictly limited to a maximum of 6 guests.*

The stylish new bathroom has a large rainfall shower.

Everyone can gather for a drink on the patio with its dining table and six chairs plus two swinging basket chairs overlooking the wide lawn, where there are deckchairs and an outhouse. The garden is enclosed by a hedge and trees, including an apple tree.
