Orchard cottage nestles in a fairytale woodland setting – but step through the door and you’ll find beautiful rooms with every comfort.

There’s accommodation for up to 25 with 8 bedrooms, a range of comfortable beds and 5 bathrooms.

There’s a stunning kitchen and dining area, two games rooms, an outdoor hot tub, WiFi, flat screen TV, a barbecue and plenty off-road parking.

The main cottage has six bedrooms, games room and four bathrooms. Next door is a charming annexe with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen – ideal for guests or the perfect hideaway!

Main cottage

The panelled games room has a pool table and ample seating which converts into a double sofa bed.

In the chic kitchen you’ll find an island with seating, freestanding fridge and freezer, kettle and microwave. Through the archway is a spacious panelled dining area plus extra comfortable seating which converts into a double sofa bed.

The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and coffee room! Two more bedrooms have king beds, one has a double bed, one bunk beds and one triple bunk beds – all stylish and cosy. There are four more lovely bathrooms.

Annexe

Here you’ll find a light airy living room with lovely views, generous seating and flat screen TV. The light welcoming kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, kettle and toaster and the adjoining dining area has a table seating six.

One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds and there’s a stylish bathroom.

Outside is the hot tub and a BBQ grill (guests provide charcoal) and ample on-site parking.

Orchard Cottage is a rural haven amid rolling fields and a river. With a hot tub beneath the trees you can re-energise in your own woodland spa then enjoy the wide variety of pubs and restaurants nearby!

A must for heritage railway enthusiasts with the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway running by the garden on its way between Caernarfon and Porthmadoc.
