It’s a great place for relaxing and unwinding with island seating in the well-equipped
kitchen and a chic open plan living and dining area with Netflix and Wifi. With two
bedrooms plus a sofabed there’s space for up to 7 guests.

The space
Experience stylish city living at Ruth’s House! With its cool inviting décor it’s the ideal
place to chill out and recharge.

The open plan living room has seating which converts into a sofabed, a wide-
screen TV with Netflix, Wifi and a dining area/workspace by the kitchen.

The sleek kitchen has island seating and is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven
and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There’s also a washing
machine, clothes drying rack, iron and hairdryer.

One bedroom has a bed, the other has a double and a single and with the
living room sofabed there’s space for up to 7 guests. In the elegant bathroom
there’s a bath with an overhead shower.

Close to transport links and convenient for Nottingham’s many attractions – including
the stunning variety of bars and restaurants from around the world!
