The Bird’s Nest is a charming coastal hideaway in Boscastle with free private parking.

This second-floor one-bedroom flat has sea views, TV, Wifi and a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. With one double bedroom and a sofabed it’s ideal for and families couples with space for up to four guests.

The Bird’s Nest is a relaxing base for exploring the beautiful Cornish coast with castles, beaches and the fabulous South West Coast Path close by and plenty popular pubs, cafes and restaurants!

The space
The Bird's Nest is a top (second) floor coastal hideaway, named for its cosy elevated charm! It’s in a period property on a lovely street in the charming village of Boscastle – one of few local properties with free private parking.

The flat is perfect for up to four guests, with one double bedroom plus a double sofabed in the living room. (Please note that as you access the bathroom via the sofabed, when it’s extended, the Nest is suitable for couples and families rather than four adults!) Pets are welcome.

The living room has a sea view, a fireplace, sofabed and dining area, Wifi, TV and board games – an ideal space to relax after a day’s adventures!

The stylish kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster plus a washing machine and ample cupboard space.

The airy double bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage and there’s a full bathroom with a shower.

When you book The Bird’s Nest you’re not just enjoying a charming coastal retreat ‒ you’re helping to protect Cornwall’s incredible marine life. 10% of proceeds go to the Cornwall Wildlife Trust’s Living Seas Project, which works to conserve vital ocean habitats along this beautiful coastline. The main building door is left open to provide access to all residents. Please note that it is often left propped open to help with airflow, as permanent residents prefer this. Please be assured that the flat is still secure as it has its own locked door.
