About this space
Tucked away in a peaceful seaside town, this delightful modern 2-bedroom house is the perfect relaxing getaway for couples, families or friends.

The living room is comfortable with cosy seating, and there’s a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for whipping up meals or enjoying a takeaway. Both bedrooms are inviting, with plush beds and soft linens.

The space
Coastal Breeze Retreat is stylishly decorated with all the amenities you need for a relaxing
stay. The two bedrooms are snug and homely, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. One
bedroom has three single beds and the other a double bed, so there’s ample room for five
guests.

The house has Wi-Fi and a large-screen TV with Netflix and a host of other channels and the
smart well-appointed kitchen has a microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker,
washing machine, fridge and freezer.
The back garden is restful and enclosed, a haven for enjoying a cheeky drink. There’s also
an open grassed area.
Guests love the location as it’s a short stroll into Swanage and less than a mile to the shore
and pier and there’s the bonus of having free parking, which is rare in the area. Swanage
has a rich history dating back to Roman Times and it has some splendid waterside
restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. Nearby there are impressive chalk cliffs and stunning
Corfe Castle is a short drive away.

Lovely place, lovely location, and great host!
5.0/5
Lovely house perfect for our stay and access information was timely and clear. I shared some feedback regarding a slow draining shower and they responded immediately. Only small improvement would be a bigger fridge!
3.0/5
the sleeping arrangements need explaining more clearly - there are 3 single beds but one rolls out from under another. For adults this does not work. The garden was not maintained and was a mess. An unknown alarm emanating from the telephone/router area woke us all up at 03.50am on Saturday morning!
9.0/10
Beautiful stay in Swanage in very clean and central house
Positive: Very clean and centrally located. Good communications and easy check in
Negative: The beds in the spare room were not the best, v squeaky, and too cramped for three adults. Fridge was very small.
5.0/5
Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage im schönen Swanage. Viel Platz, schön eingerichtet. Proaktiver Gastgeber, der schnell auf Rückfragen geantwortet hat.
5.0/5
Lovely quiet place to stay around 15 mins from Swanage Town Centre (slightly up hill coming back!) Super modern with great facilities. Minor hiccup for us was a picture falling down in the middle of the night making a huge bang which frightened us! Outside seating was a lovely retreat but hadn't been cleaned. Would certainly consider a return as Swanage is a lovely place.
5.0/5
beautiful home to stay in, very quite and has everything you might need. 2 parking spots on the drive. Large TV in the living room was a bonus.
5.0/5
The house is immaculate and very well furnished. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Very quiet neighbourhood.
5.0/5
Looked like the photos - modern, stylish, clean, very close to swanage shops & beach, great communication from host - can’t fault them
5.0/5
Great stay in Swanage! Fantastic location whether you want to be able to walk to restaurants, beach, walking trails etc or get in the car and go further afield. House was in pristine condition and had everything we needed!
5.0/5
Very lovely house is a great location for the town and beach. Good amenities but very small fridge for 5 people.

Only warning - make sure your handbrake is very strong before attempting to park on the driveway, it's very steep! However lots of on the road parking a short walk away.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as described. Swanage is a great place for a trip. its also a great base to visit the wider area. we love Wareham Corfe and Arne.
5.0/5
Great place to stay.
Will book again on next visit to Swanage.
Quite close to the bay as well.
Great view of the same from inside the house as well. Adjacent parking space is great to have.
Great communication from host.
5.0/5
We very much enjoyed our stay here, clean and tidy, great view. 8 minute walk from the centre.

Our only complaints and they are small, more or bigger pillows needed and in the twin room one of the beds is abit noisy.

I would 100% stay again!!
5.0/5
Location was great, house much bigger than photos. Everything super clean..
5.0/5
Clean and tidy house, short walk from Swanage centre. Good kitchen and comfortable lounge area, spacious bedrooms and excellent shower.
Only issue is for those less mobile it is an uphill walk back from town.

Negative: No instructions for appliances bedroom wardrobe locked so we could not use

So beautiful we extendevour stay ...
Positive: We loved the property so much we extended our stay. It had recently been refurbished and it was lovely and quirky. It was too cold to sit outside in the well utilised outside space. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location of the property is excellent. The owners use the property and there are locked units and wardrobes and cupboards but there is still plenty of space. The booking.com and Travel fox were excellent at helping us to extend.
Would highly recommend with caveats.
Negative: Please ensure you do what we did and take videos and photos of the property as you enter and just before you leave. Include in you photos even innocuous items such as the bins, the number of light bulbs in each lamp. This is for yours and the owners security. As otherwise you may be asked to pay for something you did not damage.

Please take a mattress topper or protector (we always take a big towel) as there are none protecting the main mattress.

We read previous reviews and took an extra tea towel and spare clothes hangers but these were provided by the owners.

We had such a wonderful holiday here, treating the home like we would ours, obeying all the house rules and removing our shoes and wearing slippers inside (bring yours). Our memories have however been shattered by being accused of damaging the kitchen bin and being presented by a Bill of £90 to replace this. We do hope noone else will experience this as it has been devastating. Please take heed and photograph everything. Then you can be sure to enjoy this beautiful place.

Great last minute stay here. We had a couple of minor issues but the owners were responsive in getting them fixed and rectified ASAP.

House was lovely. Modern, clean and had everything we needed. Second room is a little cramped with all three beds but did what wee needed.

Located a 15min walk from shops and seafront. Area was quiet with a lovely view.
GMaps does send you one road along from the house but still was fairly easy to find. Driveway is a steep incline.

A Lovely home. A very comfortable stay, whilst we were in the process of moving.
As I needed to work whilst there, the dedicated workspaces were really good.
The place was extremely clean. The cleaner was an absolutely lovely lady.
Easy to walk to the sea & around the town. I would definitely recommend staying here & would return again.
9.0/10
Very pleasant stay with everything we wanted to do on the doorstep.
Positive: Good location for both town centre/beach and coast as well as the Swanage Railway railway station. Also, very pleasant views across the valley from the front rooms (ground) of the property.
Negative: We mentioned a few maintenance issues to the host and they said they'd be dealing with them. Also, it would have been helpful to have a couple of tea towels in the kitchen!

Positive: Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable
Negative: Nothing

5.0/5
Lovely house, ideal for a holiday by the coast. Comfortable, clean, quiet, in a good location, not too far from the town centre. I'd happily recommend this to friends.
5.0/5
A lovely, modern and very clean house. It’s much bigger than the photos, you have lots of space.
Quiet road and you can see the sea in the distance.
Swanage is a nice place to stay and would highly recommend ‘Burnt Toast’ for breakfast. Got the ferry to Sandbanks which has the best sandy beach ever.
5.0/5
Really nice location - walkable to the beach front and town centre, but far enough away to not feel busy. House was clean and spacious, plenty of room for family relaxation. All combined for a great holiday.
5.0/5

Love the little touches of brushes for sandy toes!
Will definitely return!

5.0/5
Good communication before the stay. Well presented accommodation which suited our needs. Easy walk to town.
5.0/5
The property was really clean and well presented. Everything in the house was fully functional.
The location was really easy to find, with two off-road parking spaces.
Travel Fox has been very responsive throughout the whole process, with clear and easy instructions for arrival.
I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future.
4.0/5
Lovely house, good base to explore town from (if you don’t mind a bit of a walk). Great to have private parking. Some of the amenities could be improved upon to get it to a five star rating.
8.0/10
Comfortable and spacious
Positive: The location is great, quiet, relaxing.
All the mod cons as your own home but by the coast.
Negative: The lack of hanging space in the bedrooms was a negative, no coat hangers and no storage in drawers, 2 bedside tables but not big enough to take our clothes, having to live out of suitcases for the week was not what I expected.
This was our very first house booking so can't compare to others.
5.0/5
The house was immaculate when we arrived and the location was perfect for our needs.
5.0/5
Spotlessly clean, easy to find and cosy beds.
Any queries answered super quick.
Perfect for our stay in Swanage ..!

We had a lovely holiday. It was easy to walk into Swanage and the house has been recently refurbished and looked great!
5.0/5
We (family of 4) had a lovely stay in this beautiful home from home. We've visited Swanage many times and this is one of the nicest places we've stayed. It's walking distance to the beach, even for the kids (aged 8 and 11) and lots to do in the local area. Would stay again!
5.0/5
Great spot to stay in, comfortable and host was great.

It is a walk from the centre of town so if you want to be directly in the middle, find somewhere slightly closer but otherwise an ideal spot!

Would book again.
5.0/5
