Nestled in its own private gardens, Daisy Cottage is a hidden gem, a retreat from everyday life. With a relaxing hot tub, roaring firepit and cheerful woodburner, this welcoming 2-bed cottage has extensive views over the beautiful north-east Scotland landscape and is close to the historic town of Turriff with its striking sandstone buildings and many amenities.

This pet-friendly cottage sleeps 4 people; it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan lounge-kitchen.

This gorgeous cottage in Turriff in Aberdeenshire is a great centre for visiting several ancient castles, sampling fresh traditional Scottish fare, taking breathtaking countryside and riverside walks or enjoying a round of golf.

Cosily furnished with ample space for up to four guests, this cottage is ideal for families or couples. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two singles.

The lounge is a lovely place to relax with generous, comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a welcoming woodburner. In the kitchen you’ll find a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster and a dining area.

One bathroom has a bath and the second a walk-in shower.

This pet-friendly home also has a fully enclosed garden, where you can unwind in the hot tub, relax around the firepit, or simply retire to the patio for a well-deserved drink! At this property you can enjoy the sun all day: at the front in the morning and on the back patio in the evening.

Nice and cosy place!

Gezin van 4 op rondreis.
Positive: De centrale ligging, alles was goed aan te rijden vanaf de cottage. Verder was het fijn dat er een hottub was, 2 badkamers en een wasmachine.
Negative: De cottage is bedoeld voor 4 personen, maar er waren maar 3 eettafel stoelen en ook de matrassen hadden hun langste tijd wel gehad.

Absolutely worth the money we paid, cozy but still enough space for a family of 3 with a large dog, bedrooms were large, kitchen was well equipped and living room was very comfortable. Check in was smooth and easy and the place was clean.
Garden was huge, bigger than the photos with clean decking and the hot tub and fire pit were brilliant, there is even more outdoor seating at the back of the property.
Lovely folder containing information of things to do in the area and instructions of using facilities and bottle of fizz on arrival.
The only gripe was the en-suite shower tray didn't drain so filled up within minutes of use making it unusable, and by the time our family of 3 had finished showering in the main bathroom there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain which lingered for the rest of the day. Not huge issues as we were only there for 2 nights, though could be annoying if staying longer.
That being said, we are planning to return in winter! Thoroughly enjoyed our time

We absolutely loved our stay here for 2 nights. Definitely a home away from home. We just got back from Egypt and we wanted something for our last week where we could relax and enjoy the quietness and peace and this place did exactly that. Tesco only 5mins away, The Rustic Grill restaurant which is also 5mins away was lovely. We also went to Fyvie Castle so there is things to do and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub and chilled by the fire pit at night. Thank you so much!

If you’re looking to escape the busy pace of everyday life, this is the perfect place to stay. The property is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was already heated and ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch.

My two children absolutely loved it—they hardly wanted to leave the house! It was the perfect way for my son to relax after his golf tournament.

The house was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. We also really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit in the garden, which made the evenings even more special.

We had such a comfortable and relaxing two-day stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable, well-thought-out and well-equipped compact two-bedroom cottage.
Positive: A very comfortable, well-thought-out and well-equipped compact two-bedroom cottage just outside Turriff, handy for other local towns nearby and tourist attractions.
Includes outdoor hot tub and garden with patio, plus outdoor dining area. Welcome pack includes a bottle of prosecco and nosecco (alcohol-free version).
Bathroom and ensuite shower room for master bedroom.
Negative: Worth noting that the driveway is straight off a bend on the busy A-road to Banff, so care is needed when entering and leaving the driveway.
Because of close proximity to the main road, traffic noise can be an issue in the early morning despite double glazing.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Daisy Cottage. Very peaceful location with everything we needed. The hot tub and fire pit were great and there was plenty wood provided for the indoor wood burner, which was nice considering a lot of places will charge you extra for this. We also had a bottle of Prosecco & ‘Nosecco’ waiting on arrival, we thought this was a nice touch.

Communication from the host was clear and we never had to ask for clarification on anything. All in we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend. Hopefully be back soon!

we had a lovely stay at Daisy Cottage. The house was immaculate and the inside matches the pictures. outside is a little different with a raised area in the back and the hot tub to the front. A teeny bit more work to the outside area (raised area at the back particularly) and it would be more usable. it's a shame the road beside it is so busy but overall a really nice wee place that was worth the money.

When we arrived we noticed that the hot tub hadn’t been cleaned (miscommunication with cleaner) so the owners drove 3 hours to us to empty it and clean it. As it wasn’t ready to use until the next day, the owners told us we could stay an extra night free of charge and also gave us a gift bag for the inconvenience which we were truly grateful for. This was our 2nd stay at Daisy Cottage and would definitely return in the future.

Great little cottage and very cosy. Comfortable beds and sofa. Garden is a decent size and was great for our dog who ran around all day with our kids. Hot tub was a decent size and very easy to use. Great wee place to stay for a relaxing couple nights away from home.
