We were a group of 4 families, 14 people in total, including children, and we had a wonderful stay. The place was absolutely superb—neat, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and expected.

There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, all of which were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, and the dining area was lovely and spacious, making it perfect for our large group.

We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling with a large group or multiple families.

We are very happy to give this place five stars and would love to stay here again.

We wish everyone a wonderful and enjoyable stay at this beautiful property.

This place is brilliantly located, metres from a lovely bay and beach which was great for swimming, kayaking etc. as well as some lovely coastal walks. There's also a nice pub in the village an easy 5min walk from the property and handy parking over the road.
We were a group of 14 and the space was very flexible for what we needed. The living areas are the standout, with a lovely open plan kitchen and large dining area that can accommodate a large group. The outside area is also lovely, with a hot tub and BBQ
Overall we would recommend this place based on location alone

What a lovely little spot!
The house had everything we could have needed and children, parents and grandparents were happy. The rooms were plenty big enough with adequate storage.

The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our families.

The kitchen dining room was well laid out and had ample space and equipment for us to make meals.

Bull Bay is a quiet but very beautiful spot, with ample parking that made it the perfect base to explore Anglesey from.

There were a couple of small issues during our stay which were dealt with quickly and professionally.

All in all a great place to stay.

Very difficult review to write really. The location was lovely, very peaceful but close enough to the beach. Very easy check in and perfect size for 13 of us. The beds were really comfortable and sheets were clean and fresh.
All pots and utensils were great - there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there.

Now the negative - the place needs a good deep clean. On first insight, it looked absolutely fine. But the skirting boards were full of dust, the toilet seat was dirty, full of cobwebs. We had 5 children with us who found chewing gum stuck to the their bed, broken biscuits under the bed and used ‘snuffs’ down the side of the bedroom which luckily they came and told us and didn’t touch them!
We also found a pair of dirty socks and a dirty headband down the side of a bedside table.
The hot tub was very clean on arrival but only after an hour of use, it went very murky and smelly - we couldn’t use again.
Overall, nice place. Needs a proper clean through before it is let again.

The house is in need of major plumbing work. This meant two showers were out of use for us. There was no shampoo or shower gel, only antibacterial hand wash.
Various kitchen items needed by a party of 14 were not present initially but were provided by day 3.
The hot tub was not clean and was murky and had a smell.
More sofa seating would be beneficial.
The car park can be full at times and there is no parking owned by the property.

Had a fabulous time , will definitely recommend
Positive: The location was fabulous. Ideal property for a family catch up . Lots to see and do. Quiet location , dog friendly . Comfortable rooms.
When I highlighted a couple of things that needed fixing , it was done immediately.
Negative: Hot tub water hadn’t been refreshed between guest stays. Bit soupy!
Cigarette ends all over the yard. Previous holiday makers ?

Had a lovely stay for 13 people. The host was quick to answer, gave clear and detailed instructions. Everything matched the description. Check in was all fine. Beautiful surroundings and nice walk in trail. We thought to have checked out smoothly. Would advise a ring camera or cctv for check in/out security. But other than that we really enjoyed!

Fantastic property.
Positive: Fantastic property! It was clean and in a great location. Loved the big communal table and sea views.

They accommodated us last minute due to a cancellation at our previous booking. They even got the hot tub on to warm up within a few hours notice of booking.
Negative: Not applicable. Everything was great and we'd stay again.

A lovely stay! The kitchen was a great communal space, the bedrooms were so comfy and it was in a lovely spot where we could go for walks nearby

The Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the Sunday and very good communications throughout.

The property was a fantastic size for our family gathering and only 30 seconds from the beach.

The key issue was that the property needed a deep clean and maintence check. It felt left for a while and not throughly cleaned before our visit.

We luckily got the place on a
January sale but if we would have paid the higher rate, we would have been mightly disappointed. However the Hosts reponse to these issues does make me feel this issues will be dealt with for future guests.

Difficult review to write. The house itself is exactly what we wanted, roomy , bedrooms and bathrooms as described and location perfect but the house was very, very dirty. What made it worse was that there was nothing to clean it with and arriving at 4pm on Xmas Eve meant we had nowhere to go to get stuff either, it was a really upsetting start to the Xmas break .
The downstairs of the house was freezing on arrival and it took us till the next day to realise one of the temperature monitors needed to be moved downstairs to get the heating to come on down there .
Clean and warm is an absolute basic must have, that should be in place .
The host was responsive but we had to basically get on with it . There was no quibbling over a money return which was a relief .
Just as a side note a second sofa in the downstairs lounge would be really good to make the room more usable for a large group.

Would definitely recommend it.
