We had a fantastic week, the pool was the main feature, the kids loved it, were in it all day each day. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The area was beautiful and peaceful (until we arrived) the dogs were happy and relaxed, we would definitely go again.

An Amazing Property
Positive: The privacy & the stunning location with a heated swimming pool that came in very handy for our grandchildren
Negative: 17 people attended my birthday party & we struggled with one large fridge & one small fridge would really be better with 2 large fridges to accommodate everyone especially when the caterers arrived we had to help move the contents of the large fridge again to accommodate the deserts they brought. The only other criticism there is only one frying pan the size of a saucer in the house come breakfast time we really struggled so the next day I bought one from the local store, for a property that large that should be looked into, didn't stop the fun had by all will defiantly return.

I wanted to add that receiving several emails about cleaning the property before we leave didn't make sense. I paid an extortionate amount of money for that to be taken care of I wouldn't Insult my guests to tell them to clean as they stay. Travel Fox you seriously need to address that for future guests.

Wonderful stay and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, local towns and beaches are fantastic... would highly recommend and we will probably make it an annual trip.

A beautiful property in a lovely peaceful location. Everything was provided and more. The pool was cleaned and lovely and warm, the hot tub was fabulous. The grounds were well kept and very secure for our dogs. My only query was the WiFi wasn’t great, particularly in the annexe. But otherwise we had a fabulous family holiday in this beautiful property.

Diddly hits 60
Positive: The house was lovely and quirky, had everything we needed to celebrate a 60th birthday, managed to get in the property a lottle earlier which massively helped with organising the suprise, the pool was perfect temperature and also the hot tub was in a lovely secluded spot, only disappointing thing, was one of our themes was traitors and the fire pit was going to play the turret, unfortunately there is no fire pit, but we had a great stay with all the family it was fantastic
Negative: After paying quite a large cleaning fee I felt I was hassled a little bit with 3 emails asking me to wash dog blankets and to get them dry before we left, sweep, mop, hoover and to strip all the beds, now I have stayed in many many Airbnb and booking.com places and have very rarely been charged that amount cleaning fee and I have certainly never been asked to clean to that scale, I always leave places as I found them bar doing the washing, so this did disappoint us a bit and played on my mind the whole time I was there

We were very lucky with the weather, which meant the 3 days we were there were great, as we could enjoy the pool and hot tub we were a family of 12 ranging from 82 to 4.The garden was lovely and the children enjoyed it. We were slightly surprised that the master bedroom didn't have a shower and confused as to why we would need a bidet instead of a desence size wash basin. Unfortunately one of the 2 windows in the master bedroom didn't open and as it was so hot plus the heat from the aga in the kitchen under the master bedroom it was very warm. The lounge area in the main house was very dinge and needed a full refurbishment. As I say we were lucky with the weather but if the sun hadn't been out it would have been a different story. Have to say the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The fridge was very annoying as you couldn't open it with one hand, as there was something wrong with the seal and it leaked. Overall we had a great time with the facilities outside.

It was amazing went with a group of 16 people and we all had the times of our lives . “Last night was a movie “ type vibe. I’d really recommend this place to anyone who would want to enjoy a nice place to go to after hiking Snowdonia

Pool was great hot tub amazing more showers would have been better for number of people staying.
Positive: Very well stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils
Negative: It was expensive and was not as clean as I would have liked. There were a lot of cobwebs in the bathrooms and kitchen walls. Carpet in living areas with spiral staircase were badly stained. Kitchen floor was very dirty. Bbq had not been cleaned either.

A fantastic place to stay for large groups with kids, the pool and the hot tub are well maintained and sized. The property itself is spacious and well presented.

The host is proactive with instructions and guidance, and they have clearly made a thorough effort to provide everything you might need during your stay.

We would happily stay again.

A fab holiday house! *****
Positive: We had such an amazing holiday here celebrating my 40th, my son's 2nd birthday and Easter! There was plenty of rooms and it's really spacious for everyone including the dogs! The house is well equipped, it has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was so much fun for the kids and the hot tub for the adults! The garden was great for the dogs to run around and for an Easter egg hunt!
The location is good with West access to beaches just a short drive away.
We would definitely recommend and hope to be back with the family again in the future 🙂

A wonderful few days spent in this lovely property, ideal for large numbers. We did two long walks and the hot tub was most welcome to soothe our muscles! The owners couldn’t do enough for us and we will definitely be returning. Bendigedig!

We had a fantastic stay - the home is in a beautiful part of Wales we had some lovely coastal walks. It’s a shame that the pool couldn’t be opened a week early but we understood, the hot tub was still great. Would definitely recommend for a big group wanting a lovely weekend away. There are also local mini bus companies we used to get to a pub in one of the near towns around 20 minutes away as there isn’t pubs / restaurants around the area, so everything is still accessible :) the host was really helpful and great at responding. Thanks for a lovely stay

Really beautiful and affordable stay loved the location and even visiting in the cold months the property stayed warm and cosy, we had a wonderful time and it had all of the necessary amenities for our large group.
Our only small issue was the hot tub not being warmed on our arrival and it taking 6-8 hours to turn on but the hosts were very responsive when one of our group got in touch.

We had a wonderful time spent in this property. I would definitely revisit during summer.

Plas Newydd was a wonderful place to spend Christmas with our family. It was warm, cosy and very well equipped. The garden was delightful and secure enough for the dogs to happily roam around. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack of Christmas goodies . We would happily return for another visit.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this place is and if you're a big group look no further and book it immediately. Its got everything you need for a great holiday in an amazing location. Everything was spot on, communication was excellent and they've always been available for anything you need. Very thoughtfully designed.
Thanks again for hosting us.

My stay at PLAS NEWYDD place was fantastic. The swimming pool (kept at 25°C) and jacuzzi (45°C) were both very well maintained and made the stay relaxing, even with the rough weather. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, and the AGA cooker was such a bonus for preparing meals. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was also ideal, with Aberdaron nearby a beautiful spot to explore during the trip. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made everything even better. I’d happily recommend this Airbnb and would love to return.”

Beautiful house, the whole place had a lovely feel to it. The pool and arga were a great hit 😁 the age range of my party was 6 months to 75 years, we all had a great time, just wish it could have been for longer.

House is excellent. The pool is well maintained and the hot tub is big enough for 4-6 adults. the house is great and the 2 living rooms provide enough space for large groups to spread out if necessary. would highly recommend.
5.0/5
Great spacious property. Heated Pool was really nice aswell as the hot tub.
Kitchen was well stocked with utensils to do basically anything ! Only slight annoying thing was getting taxis with a large group. This is to be expected though In such a quiet area I guess. Might be worth pre booking these in advance.

We had a fantastic few days, the kids loved it. The pool was a big hit and we loved the garden. Host was very responsive and when we did raise a small issue it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The house was lovely and clean and there was plenty of space. We took a travel cot and high chairs/stair gates but the house had everything so we needn’t have bothered. I would highly recommend and would love to return.

House was a fantastic place for our multi family gathering. Incredibly well stocked kitchens and the pool was just amazing - such a rare amenity to have a private pool, let alone such a big one - the kids loved it!!

We stayed at this lovely hostel and absolutely loved it!
The place was peaceful, beautiful, and even better than the photos.
Everything was exactly as shown — or even more stunning in person.
The facilities were excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean.
It had a very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for both adults and kids.
Highly recommended!

The stay was awesome and the bedrooms had enough privacy. Plenty of living spaces and the kitchen as really good. Hot tub was a luxury. Missed the outdoor swimming pool as they open it only from April - Oct. But, got this at a discounted rate. So, cannot complaint.
