Cosy cottage close to beach
Positive: Great location, nice space for small family.
Negative: A few issues with cleaning. One ETA of bedsheets had black marks on which did come off when rubbed quite hard. Some cutlery and cups had food still on on drawers - probably been through dishwasher but not checked when put away. And a tray my daughter got down to use had several dried tomato sauce marks on.
The WiFi was not great either. Unable to support two phones and a tablet at the same time. Inadequate for a 4 person house.

Was thrilled that this cottage exceeded expectations.

The house was fine, nothing special. But had a disappointing stay: I received a message upon booking saying that the lock box code would be sent a few hours prior to check in, as is usually the case, but when that time came instead a link to their own website appeared, and when followed it became clear that they would only send the lock box code IF you either paid a £20 non-refundable deposit or a £150 refundable. I find this unacceptable after already paying around £330 for a poxy little two bed. For me, that felt dishonest and put a sour taste in my mouth for the stay - give your money to someone more deserving

Super location- walkable to the beach and free parking.

A really lovely stay. Courtyard was perfect for an evening glass of wine. House had everything we needed and was only a short walk to the beach. Would book again!

Perfect location for exploring Sheringham
Positive: Perfect location and had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels, tea, coffee and sugar. Very quiet location. Parking was not very easy on our first day but no issue on remaining days as we managed to park half way up the road opposite. It is a lovely cottage but not very suitable if you have accessible needs. The seats are very low and getting my husband out of them was quite challenging with his Parkinsons. The bathroom is quite tight and the shower over the bath was unusable for him. This was our fault for not checking when we booked.
Negative: The steps to the cottage were very steep with no hand rail.

Lovely cute cottage, a 2 minute walk from the sea, clean, comfortable, and cosy. Would recommend and stay again!

This is a charming cottage in a beautiful location with lots of amenities. The kitchen is super-clean and large with a nice brick tile floor. There is an iron and ironing board in the living room cupboard, plus books, DVDs and children's games. It is walkable from the train station and would be great place for a family holiday.

The place needs a little tlc, especially in the bedrooms, to deal with scuffs and stains and bring it up to excellent rating. I have given my feedback to the hosts who responded swiftly and positively. I hope they will address the issues I raised and other people will find the place in great condition.

Lovely stay at this little cottage. The downstairs even managed to keep cool during the June heatwave! The toys provided at the property kept our two year old entertained. It was a fantastic spot for access to town and the beach and for exploring Sheringham.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with clear instructions that made everything easy to find. The cottage was the perfect base for my time in Norfolk and just a walk from the seafront while still enjoying a peaceful setting. The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. The hosts communicated excellently throughout my stay and were always helpful. I hope to return again soon!

Fabulous property
Positive: Lovely little cottage with everything you need, great location, very clean
Negative: Nothing!

Overall we had a lovely stay. The location is fantastic, walkable to the sea and town, with easy parking nearby.

The house is nice but it felt a bit grubby in some places - something a deep clean would sort. There's also a few places with old picture hooks/ stains on the walls/ old fixings that again could be sorted easily.

Would recommend Grey Seal Coffee, and a walk around nearby Sherringham Park.

Wonderful stay in Sheringham! Easy to find, park and access keys. Lots of information prior to check in around use of appliances etc and tips for day of check in. Comfy space and very clean. Kitchen filled with everything you need. Courtyard was a quiet space and overall homely feel to the cottage. Lovely easy walk down to the beach/town.

Lovely little house, within a few minutes walk to sheringham beach and town.

Lots of places to visit within a short drive, would stay here again.

Overall the property was clean, in a great location and matched with photos. Slightly disappointed at the check in process, which relied on having to access the owner’s online portal for a code to access the key from a wall box. The code was not released until 3.30 for a 4pm check in, and being Norfolk, data connectivity at times was an issue. We also had to pay either a none-refundable damage waiver of £20/25, or a refundable £150 deposit, which has not been returned as yet, 2 days after check out.

Great cottage, sea just few minutes walk, parking was not as easy as described, found space in road opposite first night, second night was 5 minute walk,so be careful if not to good on feet, door heights low but then i am 6ft 4.
