Positive: Very spacious comfy beds
Negative: The sofa wasn’t very clean it needs a good clean and for £320 for 3 nights I expected better. Also we arrived at 4pm when was due to get in the caravan and the cleaners was still in there, we didn’t get in til 445pm and it looked like it was a rushed job to be honest.
2.0/5
Our stay here was utterly disappointing. The living room areas were terribly dirty, with the carpets, walls and sofas covered in stains. There was also a noticeable smell. The worst part was that the sofa bed that needed to be used, as there was 8 of us, was deemed unusable due to the blood-looking stain, and no bottom sheet being provided. The spare duvet cover and pillows that were left were smelly and stained. It was laughable that we paid a £25 damage deposit only for the table leg to be broken when we got there, making that also unusable. I appreciate that we were offered for maintenance to visit but we were only staying for one night and we didn’t want to be disturbed. The bedrooms were fine but I do feel that white bedding would be more suitable than the dark grey provided so that you could be assured they are clean. Bathrooms were clean. Not worth the money that we originally paid and would not stay here again.
3.0/10
Dirty, forgotten about, scam.
Positive: Not much. Somewhere to sleep.
Negative: The airing cupboard stank of cigarette smoke, the caravan was dirty when we arrived as seen in the photos, the cleaning staff came late and although lovely didn’t clean very thoroughly as we found a semi used vape liquid under our bed that our puppy almost ate! Nothing to wash the pots with, dishwasher tablets with no dishwasher, stains all over the sofa and seating area, balcony was stained and rickety it looked like it was going to fall apart!! The only reason we didn’t go home and not sleep there was because we had 2 small children who were exhausted. Offered to have a late check out of 12 due to the late cleaners, we were out of that disgusting property by 10. We will never stay again.

Didnt use the family pass as we couldn't get access.
Would like money back please

It was an ok stay the caravan was abit outdated. The sofas needed a good clean and the carpet condition wasn’t too clean.

The oven wasn’t very good it kept loosing heat due to the seal.

The location was far out of the way but it was on the main landing path for the RAF Jets. This was unexpected and not ideal with having the dog.
5.0/5
Nice place. It sidnt bother me as i already knew but i would not recommend it for anyone with nervous pers/children as it is directly behind RAF Coningsby and is on the flight path so the jets are very loud. Other than that its a nice place
1.0/10
Would not stop here again!!
Positive: Could eat at one of the resturants without needing guest passes.
1 hour drive to Ingoldmells beach. Tattersall had lovely scenery to walk around.
WiFi did work.
Negative: Hidden £25 charge that I did not know about when getting the code for the key safe to enter the property. No where did it mention there would be a damage waiver to pay before being given the code. Until the wait timer for code ended before check in. Absolutely disgusting when already paid over £700 for 2 nights.

The sofa bed was covered in biscuits and did not have the bedding inside it as stated on the information (had to spend over an hour trying to contact someone to find out where this bedding was and to notify that the bed wasn't clean).

Cushions on the sofa very stained and hole in carpet. See photos

When trying to arrange guest passes could not get in contact and was constantly sent in circles from one person to next only to get the same message of contact owner. When contacted owner didnt hear anything for a good week or 2.

To say the property is advertised as for up to 8 people and has a deck/veranda only 1 single chair was there to use. When asked was told yes thats all we have. If that was shared before arriving would have been able to bring own camp chairs to sit outside as inside was hot.

Cupboard where ironing board is kept with other cleaning items like hoover and dust pan stunk like rotten fish everytime was opened.

Outdoor mat covered in dog hair. And deck was stained near doorway may benefit from being jet washed so looks clean.

In my opinion it was not worth the price at all.

I took my daughter and grandchildren for 4 nights, we had great time. The caravan was clean, had everything in it that we needed, I did forget to take tea towels. There is only 1 chair on the veranda, I took some folding camping chairs so we could sit outside and watch the jets and planes flying directly over us. They're quite loud starting from around 9am, but we loved seeing them and you get used to the noise.
The hosts were quick to respond to any questions that I had.
I bought passes, which gave us access to the Clubhouse. We weren't able to book many activities as a lot of them were fully booked. The caravan is just over half a mile away and I had two young children, we drove there and back, there is plenty of parking available.
We would use the caravan again.
4.0/5
great place, spotless and clean, bed comfy and peacefull area. one minor issue could do with a tea towel for each guest.
4.0/5
Travel fox where brilliant. I dont think I have ever been looked after more . very quick to respond . I did take photos and send them on entering the caravan. There was a little damage .
If you like planes RAF. The planes come over the caravan. we loved it .
The caravan is quite a distance to amenities so we never bothered with passes. The speed bumps are a pain and paths are not wide enough for cyclists . my husband ask me to mention it.
3.0/5
The place was okay for what it was, but lacking in essentials. It was at the right end of the park for watching the aircraft from RAF Coningbsy and had good views. It's also relatively quiet in terms of people and had lots of wildlife.

There were no oven gloves, I had to use a tea towel to lift trays out of the oven and burnt my knuckle on the shelf above. The kitchen was also lacking other basics like salt, pepper, oil or kitchen roll.
The listing advises to bring towels, but does not mention the lack of a shower mat. The shower itself was good.
The outside decking was quite small, in need of a clean and only had 1 chair.
We were contacted a month and a half prior to our stay to say that there was a WiFi issue, they again confirmed the issue before the stay, but it worked fine so I believe there's limited contact between the vendor and owner.
You have to leave a security deposit or pay a waiver fee via an external website.
The property looked tired with minimal maintenance.

Be aware of the damage deposit or fee that they get you to pay beforehand

Positive: The location was ok bit far away from things but was a nice walk,
Negative: The caravan was ok beds was comfy but it could do with some little extras put in....

ie more black bags as we had 1 to last 3days bit more wash stuff ie surface cleaner as we had none, the seating area and carpet could do with a good clean I know its a pet caravan and things do get dirty and we took our dogs but blanket could of been put on the seating area if dogs was sitting on there we took blankets and they got put down! Pics to show on review

Few little homely touches needed and a little warm welcome wouldn't go a miss as nearly £500 for 3 days is a lot with nothing in the van at all !

WiFi was spot on tho 👌

Excellent! Only disappointment was the untold extra KEY CODE CHARGE collected by the THIERD PARTY
Positive: Superb location. Neighbourhood was friendly. Adequate heating and lighting. Clean and fresh.
Negative: Had to pay extra £25 to get the key code, which was not mentioned at the time of booking via BOOKING.COM.
I believe this extra charge is quite unnecessary and wish the host refund as soon as possible. Payment was collected by a THIRD PARTY COMPANY not listed in BOOKING.COM

Everything provided an excellent caravan in good condition. Thank you
Positive: Comfortable caravan , beautifully set out , beds were made ,cooker was excellent, heating was good . Good communication .
Negative: Nothing , best caravan I’ve stayed in on this site.

Place was ok for what was required however there were some damages to the property on our check in.

Good
Positive: Overall good place
Negative: No toilet roll on arrival specially when you have 4 children who have travelled quite far who all NEED to go at the same time quite stressful as had to rush to the shops and back 🤔 left some for the next quests 👍
1.0/10
the worst holiday i have ever had booked via bookings.com with many fraudulent misrepresentations
Positive: NOTHING
Negative: ON ARRIVAL the furniture was heavily stained the kitchen was dirty and grubby it states its a 6 berth but the pull out is broken so will not pull out properly if it did would fit one person not 2 had a great sheet attached full of hairs and dirt blood stains on the pillows and walls smears of dirt across many walls rusted radiators and fire escape windows gamed shut told there was wifi but it didn't exist this caravan is not part of the resort so to walk about and sit in the restaurant and use facilitates we were expected to pay an extra £217 and if all that wasnt bad enough its on the raf flight pass we had to leave the caravan all day due to the very loud low flying planes that have damaged my hearing broken shelves and a radiator so rusted it was ready to fall off the wall no heating it didnt work and outside furniture when we sat on it collapsed due to rust
6.0/10
Good value for money but needs some more care within the carvan
Positive: Quiet area, good if you take dogs as there is a minute walk to a large field.
Negative: I don’t usually complain about things and thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt when choosing this caravan due to a few poor reviews. After a year later since the bad review of poor cleanliness I thought it would’ve been corrected, this wasn’t the case. Can’t fault the travel agents who manage it for whoever owns it as they were amazing and very helpful but the owners clearly don’t want much input if any! The Agent stated it was deep cleaned the day before our arrival and I couldn’t really see where?? straight away I noticed a lot of cigarette ends on the grass area and what looked like popped water balloons. New bedding is needed, marks all over the pillow cases. The cooker hob and kitchen cupboards were thick with grease which to keep a deep cleaned would include getting rid of this! The kitchen was left cleaner by myself than when I arrived. Fair enough the toilets had bleach in but the toilet seats are heavily stained and need replacing. Bathroom radiator is heavily rusted which I wouldn’t even put my towel on. A broken shelf in the kitchen, one of the bedroom door you have to slam shut as it didn’t shut properly. only 1 teaspoon available that is meant to cater for a 6 bed caravan. Knife block set knives falling apart and scissors don’t cut! Cobwebs in the bedrooms, obviously should’ve come within the deep clean also! The sofa needs a good shampoo, but as a basic if you’re not particularly bothered about cleanliness then for a cheap holiday I suppose this caravan is for you. Quiet area but it is right at the back corner of the park, around 20 minutes away from everything. unless you drive which will save 10 min you can’t walk to the centre for the lakes ands shops etc if you are carrying fishing equipment or something with you that’s heavy.
6.0/10
Positive: The park was amazing caravan located in a quiet area
Negative: Caravan was to far from the centre
It didn't cater for 8 no bowls only 6 plates lack of cutlery only 1 toilet could be used as other didn't flush

Lovely stay Will return but make sure the entry passes are included
Positive: We couldn't get passes so had to eat outside the complex.
Negative: The fact we had no access to the restaurant or other facilities, due to the renter being private. We got no passes.

amazing stay would definately stay again

Positive: Absolutely fantastic, very clean, spacious loved every minute, definitely going back in May 2025.
Negative: No complaints, no dislikes

Can't fault the accommodation and the site was great.
4.0/5
Tattersall is a great site but be prepared to pay ! Once we booked this caravan we were quick to realise that to use 90% of the on site facilities you had to purchase the passes that came to an extra £240 ,
Everything has to be pre booked , swimming ect , the play park on the lake was booked up 2 weeks in front so couldn’t use that !
Caravan was clean & tidy , exactly as shown on the pictures but a good mile away from the reception & clubhouse , bars ect !!
4.0/5
Very attentive host. Quite a walk to the centre of tattershall lake’s pool, restaurants, arcade etc. but a nice one so we didn’t mind!
5.0/5
Beautiful location with lots to do- if you are wanting swimming book as soon as you can as it fills up extremely quickly!! Amazing sights of the RAF jets Monday- Friday can be quite loud the first time you hear it!! Caravan had everything we needed plenty of room for 4 adults & 3 children. We had a fantastic week.
1.0/10
Awful ... should be ashamed of how dirty and smelly it is.
Positive: Nothing at all
Negative: Eveything.
The horrific smell of dogs and sweat.
Luckily we only stayed for a night as was going out to a event.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom.
The bed sheets had stains on. The bedding had not been changed! The pillows smelt so bad of sweat and grease.
£163 for one night which feels like we have been robbed.... so sad if someone books here for a holiday.... I would not let my little girl stay here...we would go straight home and out of there. Couldn't wait to leave the
next morning and go shower at home.
Let's hope the owners listen to these complaints and start doing something about it!

Very friendly service, clean and very nice to speak with reagarding queries.
Overall very happy

The park is central to Lincoln City and beaches (approx 45min journeys),surrounded by villages and countryside. The old part of the City is well worth a visit or two with a castle and a beautiful cathedral. There are several stunning beaches to choose from and all worth the trip. We did not visit the amenities on the park as we were too busy seeing the sights and visiting friends and relatives. One tip to help you negotiate this massive site is to ask for a map when you arrive
2.0/10
Negative: No towels( don’t know if it’s included) half of toilet rolls, dirty dishes, stains on sofa, carpet, cob webs, dirty floor, sofa bed sheets not changed, no extra bedding for sofa bed, next morning we drive back one hour home to get bedding and inflatable bed, only four plates cigarette ends around caravan area, 5 bowls bare in minds that caravan is for 8 people. Very rusty radiator in the bathroom. And bare in mind that you have to purchase passes if you want to use facilities( pubs, playground, pool). They don’t tell you this on description only when you purchase in your confirmation email. Bare in mind that its not refundable when you made a purchase. Contacted agents about it.
