2.0/5
A nice small poorly converted flat , much more cramped then it seems no where for everyone to eat if you wanted to stay in , only one bathroom and don’t lol inside the cupboard upstairs .. as you’d be in for a shock
6.0/10
Negative: Pulizia
8.0/10
Lovely place for a short stay. I would recommend.
Negative: Entrance to the property was not what we expected but our stay was still very good.
5.0/5
we would happily stay again, very compatible.
5.0/5
Great place loved our stay would definitely come back
8.0/10
Positive: Clean and comfortable, communication excellent.
4.0/5
Very good. Could do with more mirrors/ full length
2.0/5
the state of the house was a right mess, had a wrench attached to the tap instead of a actual tap, there were very badly patched holes everywhere, stairs on the duvets, that looks like either blood or poo. there was a big photo hanging off the wall when we arrived which we put back up in fear of us getting the blame. and instead of using raw plugs, it had tissue in the wall!
the area around also seemed alittle rough, upon pulling up there were 2 homeless lying next to the alleyway you have tk walk down to get to the door of the house . overall, it did its job, just about. oh and for them to send you the code for the key, you have to pay a none refundable " damage waiver " before seeing the state of the house or a refundable one for substantially more, but all before seeing the state of the house which they could say any of the 100's of marks or bodge jobs were caused by you.

Enjoyed our stay, great location ans the hosts were great with their instructions and responsive.
4.0/5
Definitely worth the money 👍
5.0/5
Very cosy place, we stayed for only a night but everything was great. The kitchen had a lot of things useful. The beds were comfy.
5.0/5
A super responsive host, great location (next to spoons, on the highstreet, etc) and good amenities. Main area was pretty cramped for 10 people, and the noise monitor felt a little too vigilant - but overall a very positive experience :)
8.0/10
Good stay
Positive: Cleanliness, fully equipped on other aspects, comfortable bed.
Negative: There’s no washing machine
10.0/10

Positive: Very modern and had everything that was needed

Very helpful host, good location, practical, would recommend
8.0/10
Good value for money.
Positive: Management is great and communicative. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Bathroom, bedrooms & kitchen were pristine.
Negative: Some damage from previous occupants hasn’t been repaired yet. Stains on the seats in the living room need to be steam cleaned. Landing on the entryway needs a weld to stop the loud clank.
5.0/5
Great stay 👍🏼
10.0/10
Perfect!
Positive: Good location. Parking was ok only because we found a space but otherwise the street was full, however there are plenty of side streets to park in. Shops and food places within a couple of minutes walking distance. Staff communicated really easy.
The accommodation itself was exceptionally clean, nice and modern. The way the house layout was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay again!
Negative: No complaints. Everything was perfect.
5.0/5
We had a great stay, really good place for a group of people. Responsive host and an easy check in, would definitely recommend.
10.0/10
Positive: Great location with easy bus routes in/out.of town
Lovely clean and well presented accommodation.
Negative: I don't have any bad points
4.0/10
Would not recommend or return
Positive: Location
Negative: Advertised as suitable for 10-12 but sofa beds were not usable for a couple - too small and rock hard plus no bedding left out for them - finally found some under a bed.
Staff were also really unhelpful as we were attending my fathers funeral and wanted to be be able to drop the bags at the property ahead of the service - this was not granted despite not needing to use the facilities!
We also received an automated message saying the noise levels were too high at 10.32pm when we first arrived after a restaurant booking following the funeral. We were only talking trying to work out where the bedding was for the sofa beds not left up or made despite having had prior information about the make up of our group.
4.0/5
The property was as described and easy to access with detailed instructions on how to find the property from the road.
There were a few paint chips on the walls, and we found the kitchen tap quite difficult to operate.
8.0/10
Very good accommodation and amenities , slightly let down by untidy surroundings
Positive: Well presented, clean, all essential facilities
Negative: Overall good, but surroundings was littered - under the steps into the property
5.0/5

Lovely house
Positive: Clean and tidy
Negative: Had no where to do hair and make up in bed room
4.0/5
Great instructions to find a rather tricky entrance! Clean and tidy. Rather noisy on main road and next to a takeaway though so take ear plugs!
4.0/5
Great Airbnb and host for a quick weekend near Notts race course.
Host responding quickly and check in instructions were clear.
Only negative I have is that the description says it sleeps 12, there was 10 of us and it was a squeeze, the sofa beds meant to sleep 4 people are not adequate for that many.
5.0/5
Lovely place. Had to message the host as we couldn't find bedding for the sofa beds. The host very quickly replied to let us know it was under the beds. Bit of road noise so if you're a light sleeper take some ear plugs. But over all a great stay. Thanks very much for having our group
5.0/5

4.0/5
Very nice Place to stay, easily fit our whole group for the weekend. Kitchen was stocked with tea and coffees and plenty of street parking
5.0/5
Great place for a large group of people, however only downside is a single bathroom for everyone.
9.0/10
Positive: Excellent all around
Negative: Could do with curtains on the bedroom windows as the blinds let a lot of light in
5.0/5
Good communication, clean and cheap!
