Great hosts and amazing communications throughout. Very accessible and convenient. Only downside was that the toiletries were not refilled such as shampoo etc and was all empty. Otherwise great place to stay with friends.

Great hosts

Easy to locate and get into the property

Felt very safe & at home

Lidl shop two second walk from the house was a lovely bonus

Small damage to the upstairs bedroom wall & door - which would've been nice to communicate with us prior to booking to put us at ease that they were aware of it
- other than that, excellent value for money and would definitely stay again!

Nice place.

The place was so accommodating. Enjoyed the short week stay at Nottingham. Very near amenities and shops as well. Communication with the host was clear. Only challenge was the wifi, which did not work the whole time during our stay. I did send in a complaint but nothing was done about it so we had no Internet during our stay. If that is corrected, then the place would be a 10/10. Highly recommend it tho.

Positive: Good sized rooms and comfortable beds, kitchen had really good facilities
Negative: Property unfortunately smelt of smoke and the tv couldn’t connect to the WiFi

Was really nice.great communication

The place was not clean despite cleaners apparently having visited before our check in. There was a build up of scum in the bathtub, food splashes in the microwave and kitchen floor and a build up of limescale in the kettle.
There were also a couple of other issues that I see have been raised in other reviews many months ago but still not addressed I.e. broken lock on the bathroom door and poor internet connection. The connection was too slow to watch Netflix and it cut on and off on our phones.
The host was friendly and responsive.

I want to be clear and say we're not faulting the host. He was communicative and responsive. However, the property was in need of a deep clean and some items need replacing. Bathroom needs a scrub, carpets need a good vaccum (hair, confetti, and dust under the beds), and overall dusty.
Upon arrival the downstairs bedroom had a funky smell, so we chose to sleep upstairs in the two bedrooms. The main room radiator failed late in the evening, and when we flagged it the next day our host did send his "handyman" around within an hour with a replacement heater.
The property is located on a busy road and while quiet enough, there were some people that hung around outside the property until late in the evening.

Great little house
Positive: Very clean. Good location. Ideal for us meeting half way!
Negative: The bathroom door lock broken so we got locked in
5.0/5
Great place! No complaints.
5.0/5
The house easily accommodated 7 adults with specious bedrooms and bathrooms space as well as a secure yard for the dogs to stretch their legs too. A big supermarket right opposite and fast food just down the road and only a short walk into the town centre with plenty of public transport on the doorstep. The only negative I would mention would be the shower not being very powerful but it was still acceptable. We were all very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends wishing to stay close to the city centre.

Good value short stay. Would recommend
Positive: Good location and 2 x parking permits. Rooms very clean and kitchen very good. Bedrooms very good size
Negative: Living room could have better furniture ( more comfortable)
Garden furniture would be a plus but understand noise issues in the evening. TV and WIFi good. Bathroom very clean and shower good.

We had a lovely one-night stay in Nottingham for my daughter’s graduation, and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect for the occasion and big enough for all 6 of us. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and just a short distance from the university and city centre. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. After an emotional and proud day, it was the perfect place to unwind and reflect.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Nottingham. Highly recommend!
