4.0/5
I had a good stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and the accommodation had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

It was okay.

Unsanitary, unsafe, did not even last one full night.
Awful accommodation. smells damp, not clean, leaking radiator, stained bath, insufficient loo paper, excessive noise all night, dodgy location, did not feel safe or secure here.
3.0/5
The property is in a great location, just a 5–10 minute walk from Nottingham city centre, making it convenient for exploring the area. It was easy to find, clean throughout, and had plenty of amenities provided.
However, the property would benefit from some maintenance and general upkeep. There were a few issues such as loose and uneven flooring, along with some cosmetic repairs that, if addressed, would significantly improve the overall experience.
In arrival, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property, which remained for most of our stay. We believe this may have been because the bedroom window had been left open and overlooks a pub area. As a result, we chose not to open the windows during our stay. The smell downstairs persisted, although it did improve slightly over time.
Overall, we were happy with our stay due to the excellent location, cleanliness, and convenience of the property. With some maintenance improvements it would be an excellent place to stay
