Very pleasant
Negative: We were not aware about the deposit needed to access the property for £40 which was non-refundable. There was an option for a £250 refundable deposit.

Lovely Stay.
Positive: Wonderful facilities, lovely sun room and garden.

Very disappointed with this stay.
Positive: It was close to the city centre and definitely within walking distance
Negative: It's not in a very good area although it's quite close to the city centre. The second bedroom was tiny and not big enough so that the truckle bed could be pulled out to sleep on. The bedding inside of the sofa bed was dirty and had no coverings on so couldn't be used.

nice homely and a readly nice place to stay
Positive: i liked the location and how good it was :) it was a wonder place to spend time in nottingham

Positive: Location
Negative: Ok but not great. Disappointing that previous reviews hadn't been actioned. Broken chairs in dining area, outside cigarette bin full. Outside space not clean, generally uncared for, shame. 2nd bedroom should not say 2 single beds as very small, also zero storage, not even a hook on the door. Kitchen sink had no plug or washing up bowl. Booked for 4 but no bottom sheet for spare bed and no towel for 4th person. Should say on booking that additional charges may be applicable for access to property.

Adequate.
Positive: Very good supply of hot water and bed comfortable. Handyman came quickly to sort out faulty smoke alarm.
Negative: Estate location although to be fair, it was close to where we needed to be. It was mostly the poor cleaning that was the problem; dusty cobwebs, grubby kitchen floor and skirting, grubby washing machine drawer and around appliances, no sink plug and shabby bathroom with black mould on grouting and sealants, cobwebs, fresh paint required at least around the bathroom radiator. Front garden needed weeding and conservatory roof covered in moss. Shabby rug in conservatory with curly edges. Bedding tired. There was a smell of cigarettes in the house; usually I book a non smoking place. Apologies if it's not. The dark grey decoration theme was not particularly pleasing.

Negative: 2nd bedroom very small and sparce, otherwise place was good

Was good and would stay again.
Positive: Had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Negative: There was no bed sheet for the single mattress that’s under the bed. A lot of cobwebs on conservatory.

Positive: Good sized property only a short walk to town about 15-20 mins cosy little house.Easy check in and easy communication with staff when there was a problem.
Negative: The property needs a really good refresh some chairs are damaged. The cupboard in the main bedroom is falling apart.Would be good if there was storage in the other bedroom. Just needs a thorough refresh.

Positive: The location was great, easy to find but quiet area. Close to town. The size of the lounge and kitchen was good to.
Negative: There were some issues with cleaning and also with the place no looking like the images provided. However, I sent images and raised concerns and this was dealt with.

safe, comfortable house with easy access to town
Positive: super close to city centre, great when seeing concert and activities in town. comfortable living for 5 of us staying… not too cramped
Negative: found used balloons and old false nails and lashes in house on arrival. wasn’t easy to amend dates of stay had to pay extra night
5.0/10
Positive: Good location with parking. Close to the centre and the motorpoint as we had gone to see a concert.
Negative: Unfortunately it is not 2 double beds. The 2nd double bed is a single bed with a pull out bed underneath, but the room is too small to pull out and mattress was very thin and you could feel the springs, there were also half eaten biscuits on the mattress when we pulled it out. The sofa bed was also broken and we could not pull it out so had to just sleep on the sofa as is so not a great night sleep.

Disappointing
Negative: The description stated there was a sofa bed. We tried to pull out the sofa bed and it would not come out. I called the emergency number provided and the person on the phone didnt know how to help but I was told someone would get in contact with me. Nothing was done so we were unable to use it.

The house was immaculate & very clean.
Exactly as the pictures show.
Very quiet area & so close to the city centre 5 mins in a taxi or a 15 mins walk.

There are local shops very close for your essentials (coffee, tea, milk etc.)

The host was brilliant with communication & so fast with replies.

Definitely would stay again.

Positive: I really liked the facilities and the location.
Negative: I only didn't like that we couldn't turn on the outside lights in the back and the top window didn't open either, but everything else was excellent.

Airbnb, you've been pestering us for a review, so here it is.

We weren't planning on writing one, as our experience at this property was so poor, a one-star rating. Everything about the stay was dreadful. The house was dirty, the neighbourhood was rundown and unpleasant, and the price was extortionate. We paid £316 for a single night, only to find three beds for four adults, plus a sofa bed that wasn't even made up.

We had to contact the agency to find the bed linen and then make the bed ourselves!!!!!! To make matters worse, we didn't even stay the whole night—we left at 5am.

We feel deeply disappointed—not just by this property, but by Airbnb as a platform. You really should vet your listings more carefully. The house is in a neglected, dirty part of town. The garden was in a terrible state, full of spider webs and dirty. The only positive was that the bed itself was comfortable—everything else was sorely lacking in care, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Clearly, the owner doesn't l

Fiz ótima estadia. Casa limpa e bem equipada, recomendo e voltaria com certeza.

Not too bad.
Positive: What I liked most about the property was its convenient location. It wasn’t far from the places I needed to visit, making the daily commute very easy and stress-free.
Negative: I recently stayed at this property for 5 nights, and unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet the expectations set by the online pictures.

The room size was smaller than expected, and one of the windows didn’t open, which was quite inconvenient. Although they offered to send someone to fix it on day 3, the issue persisted for the first part of our stay. To make matters worse, only two rolls of toilet tissue were provided for the entire 5-night stay, which felt far too little.

Additionally, the photos online appeared much more appealing than the actual condition of the house. It didn’t live up to the hype, and I was left feeling disappointed overall.

I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests.

Awful
Positive: Nothing
Negative: The smell of stale smoke and marajuana was unbearable plus the hoover not working meant we couldn't even clean ourselves. Stained bedsheets that look like they've recently been slept in was bad.

Positive: The location was perfect, walking distance to the city centre. Quiet area, parking right next to the house, as well 20/30 yards from the house a small parking area. I liked the room next to the kitchen, cosy, just a shame it was cold due to the weather and no info on how to turn on the heating.
Negative: One of the bedrooms is extremely small, space for a bed and that's it, had to leave clothes on the floor as no other place to put it, and with the cold weather the windowsill would not be the best place. The other bedroom was of poor light visibility, the wardrobe creaked so much I was afraid of breaking something on it. In the bathroom the shower door opens outwardly, therefore after use you will get the floor wet, which for me is a bother but it might not be for others. The kitchen could have had some dish cloths or kitchen paper towels.
7.0/10
Positive: Ground floor was nice and clean. Near town centre which was good.
Negative: Sofa bed pull out was broken. the other room upstairs was small that we couldn’t properly pull out the trundle bed to use it. There was also a lingering smell upstairs which may be cleaning products.
