The only thing that I would have liked is a full length mirror everything else was great
5.0/5
Great stay easy check in, WiFi only negative as struggled playing itv player and bbc player.
4.0/5
Great host, flat was exactly as described and extremely conveniently located for what we needed. I did have to dock a star as the flat hadn't been cleaned since the person staying the night before, however the host was excellent at getting this sorted, and communicated what had happened. This was due to a genuine mix up, and I cannot fault the team for how it was handled - the flat was cleaned quickly and efficiently, and the team went the extra mile to make sure it was a good experience.

As other reviews have mentioned, the flat is located on a busy road, above a garage and next to a pub that can be busy at weekends, however the windows do a good job at blocking out the noise. Instructions on how to access the flat were great, YouTube video provided was super helpful, and all communications were useful and informative.

Despite the minor issue to start off, I would absolutely book with this host again.

It was a great location for the event.I was attending at the arena. Walkable to everything I wanted to see in nottingham. Just the perfect Size for me as my base in nottingham. A host was very responsive to any questions that I had. I Would definitely stay here again. I brought my travel white noise machine and it made it very quiet.
4.0/5
nice apartment however host provided us with wrong codes to get in and didnt respond to messages so had to end up calling and going through multiple codes, located above a pub very noisy at night time
4.0/5
Had to pay additional deposit through a link separate to Airbnb to get code to lock box, wasn’t made aware until the day of. This hasn’t been refunded despite there being no damages to the room. Other than that the room was nice and in a good location
4.0/5
Unfortunately the bathroom mirror was cracked, the shower outlet was full of hair making the drainage slow, the carpet had a burn probably from an iron and the bedside lamp was broken.
3.0/5
Interesting location, adjacent to a tyre fitting facility. Located on a busy road.

Really great find. Was impressed by the YouTube video that helped me find the correct flat. Really cosy place, and the bathroom was great and clean. Very communicative too. Would definitely book again.

Great value and a very pleasant stay. Extremely handy for the Arena.
Definitely watch the YouTube video you’ll be sent for check-in, it takes all the confusion out of it.
