Welcome to our comfortable and well-located studio flat, just a short walk from Nottingham city centre. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, students, contractors and event-goers, this studio offers a convenient base with excellent access to Nottingham’s top attractions, music venues, and sports stadiums.

This recently renovated open-plan studio includes a compact living area with TV featuring Netflix, a double bed, and a practical kitchenette suitable for light meals. The kitchenette contains 4 sets of dishes and cutlery, a kettle, toaster, hob and multi functional microwave oven.

The private bathroom features a walk in shower, iron, and hairdryer. This well-equipped flat is appropriate for short breaks or business trips, as well as longer stays. Please note that Flora’s Flats has several studios available, making the property ideal for those traveling in groups who also want their own space!

Please note that the street parking directly outside this property has restrictions in the daytime between 9am to 8am, but is unrestricted overnight. There are also paid street parking and car park options located within a short walk.

As a returning guest, I’m genuinely disappointed with this stay.Before we could even access the property, we were left waiting around five hours while being told the cleaners were still there. We were parked outside the entire time and did not see any cleaners coming or going, which made the delay even more frustrating.When we finally entered, we were hit by a strong damp smell and another unpleasant odour. Later, we found a bag of old KFC left on top of the wardrobe, which appeared to be contributing to the smell.We also found bugs inside the mugs, cobwebs and dead spiders in the bathroom.There were several maintenance issues too.The shower floods the bathroom floor, the kitchen sink leaks, and the cupboard under the sink had a thick layer of black grime beneath the saucepans,To make matters worse, the cleaners repeatedly knocked on the windows at checkout despite us explaining we needed five minutes. Its a shame they didn’t have that urgency before our arrival, cleaners need the sack

Nice place. Need a new TV that actually works easily though. Can only watch some films. Should get a larger smart TV they don't cost much these days.

This is a cute little apartment with its own entrance. It’s basic and as others have noted there’s a fair amount of noise from the pub next door but overall this was a good experience and I’d recommend it to other travellers.

I would describe my stay as a very practical and comfortable choice for spending a few days in Nottingham. Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. The street itself is a bit rough and the building is quite old, but the apartment is modern, cosy, and well equipped. The deposit was a bit of a surprise but it doesn’t break the bank, and in fairness it was an oversight from my side for not scrutinising the T&Cs before booking. Communication with the host was prompt throughout, and the maintenance team was swift and very friendly (cheers George). Considering the overall value for money, I’m happy to give it 5 stars. Not a bad place to say. Very comfortable and very convenient when wanting to use public transport or wanting to have a drink close by.

Excellent location, close to the market (fully reccommend for food) and the motorpoint arena. Little bit of noise from the pub next door but nothing major. Very basic but perfect for resting head. Only improvements I’d suggest is actual curtains or blackout blinds and extra pillows. Will be booking with this agent again next year.

The communication with the host was great, the place was warm, generally quiet and very clean. It's a basic apartment equipped with everything one needs for a weekend stay, but not much more. We were allowed to bring our dog, which was amazing. The restaurants, coffeeshops and art shops across the street are great, and I am glad we were able to check them out. The outside of the place is a bit run down, and at the night one can hear the music from the neighboring pub through the walls (nothing to keep you awake though).
