very nice experience, nice host, and fast communication

Brilliant stay whilst working in the area 👍👍

We had problems with the WiFi for 6 of our 7 day stay, luckily the team were friendly and apologetic and offered a 15% refund as compensation.

Affordable, exactly as described by host.

We booked this Airbnb for two nights but left without staying even one night because we did not feel safe.

The property was in a very poor condition. There were exposed electrical wires hanging from the wall, which presented a clear safety concern. The bathroom appeared to be held together with tape and excessive sealant, and several areas looked unfinished and poorly maintained.

The accommodation did not match the standard we expected from an Airbnb listing, and we were extremely disappointed. We chose to leave immediately rather than risk staying there.

I would not recommend this property, especially for families or anyone expecting a clean, safe, and properly maintained place to stay.

We contacted the host immediately to explain why we couldn’t stay, but the experience was very disappointing. I hope these issues are addressed before anyone else books this property.

Although the flat was not clean when I arrived they helped me very quickly and kindly. The accommodation offers good value. With public transport you can easily reach the inner city and the airport. With closed windows you can sleep tight during the night. I had everything I needed.

Greedy, lazy, and uncommunicative
Negative: The "communication" was abysmal. Automated messages only. No reply to the one request I made. A landlord who doesn't care at all, and is only interested in doing the bare minimum (in this case, absolutely nothing).

It was fine but location felt incredibly unsafe as a solo female traveller I wouldn’t recommend this location

Had issue with the door lock first night they went out of way to help

Good base if out in Nottingham, it is in a noisy area so not great if you want a quiet early night.
5.0/5
Aye, it was all gravy, location was cool, loadsa late night takeaways within walking distance, an off licence 2 doors down open till midnight and a busy pub 2 doors the other way and a handy tyre place right next door. Locals are friendly and it only a short walk into town.
Only downside is the parking situation but we risked parking outside all day and we got away with it. And if you’re in u can keep an eye out for parking wardens thru the front window. The knives are really sharp. We’ll defo book again. 🐝

Tidy but basic place to stay in the centre of Nottingham. Missing some amenities and no day time parking, but good value.

Excellent and safe location near the city centre. Lots to do and plenty of nearby shops and supermarkets.

Spent 3 days for new years with my dog and it was a great find. The place was newly furnished which was nice and we had everything we needed.
