This bright comfortable home near the attractions of a vibrant city centre has three bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests. Bedroom one is large and has two double beds, bedrooms two and three have one double bed and there’s also a large sofabed.

The living room has a large TV with Netflix, a dining table and comfortable seating.
There’s a well-appointed kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer and toaster. If the weather is kind the private patio at the back is an ideal place to enjoy a cheeky drink.

Cook your own meals, order a takeaway or nip into Nottingham, where there’s a choice of traditional pubs or restaurants from around the globe – everything from Turkish to Vietnamese.

There’s free parking on the premises and the location is quiet even though it’s so close to the hustle and bustle of Nottingham.

We had a lovely stay here for my birthday. Check-in was super easy and the host was responsive before and during our stay for all queries we had. Location of the property is great, a short 15 min walk to the city centre. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including off street parking.
The garden was the only slight let down, it wasn’t in a useable state which is a shame as the weather was lovely. However we didn’t plan to spend a lot of time at the house, as we wanted to explore the city, so this was not a big problem for us.
Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely look to book this house again for future trips!!

We were very disappointed with this stay. There was cobwebs everywhere and the property was not very clean at all. In the kitchen there was a green dirty liquid flowing out from the fridge when we came. There were no tissues or cleaning products to use at all which we had to spend ourselves to use.

The bedrooms were far worse. There was dust everyehere and random screws in the floor of the attic bedroom.

The backside garden was also very unkempt with glass everywhere, empty cans, random pieces of clothing and overgrown grass.

There host was also not helpful. We sent them a complaint and they just said "sorry for inconvenience" and gave us no solution on their behalf.

But overall, we were very disappointed with this stay. The property does not match the images and description at all. 1/5 stars. Would not book again !!!

Our stay was okay just let down by the water damage to the home, hole in the wall and wear and tear to the house which was not apparent on the listing. Although travel fox were extremely accommodating so can’t fault them too much

The property was good for a one night stay in Nottingham. Overall the house was quite run down in areas and needs some TLC. The bathroom is overdue a refresh with floor bubbling (Possibly due to a leak as we noticed the floor outside was wet and a big damp stain on the ceiling in the floor below), water marks on bathroom walls and cobwebs in the corners. We were left with one and a half toilet rolls in the main bathroom for a house of 10 so meant we had to go and buy our own. The patio is also overpromising, the outdoor area is a bit neglected with neighbors almost sat with you due to no privacy from the small fences. Would recommend if you need a short stay

Sam was incredibly helpful. I had a booking cancel at 7:30 on a Sunday night as I was travelling to the place. I messaged 10 other places to try and get some emergency accommodation for the week and Sam was very quick with a response doing whatever he could to help us out. The property was exactly as it’s shown in the listing with great parking. We’d be happy to stay again.

Nothing like the pictures, worn down and needs updating, cold and uninviting.
Positive: Good communication from the host , but that’s about it . But I guess for the price you pay you can’t expect much . But definitely would not stay again.
Negative: No central heating, heated by electrical heaters that half don’t work. Host did offer to get someone in to check though.
Old kitchen cooking equipment , needs renewed.
Mouldy bathroom , not clean and outdated.
Very thin walls , you can hear everything.

Positive: I love the digs so much, it was a cozy stay and comfy for us. Love the Tele set with the free Netflix on it.

The house was clean and each guest had plenty of space to relax and felt comfortable knowing we had a good place to come back to after enjoying our night in Nottingham.

The worst stay we have ever had. Awful location, felt unsafe the whole time. Awful house, dirty and smelly and nothing like the photos.
Smoke alarm not working (fallen on floor). No bedding. Contacted host multiple times who said would be resolved and after three nights it never was.
Whatever you do, DO NOT CHOOSE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Stay away.

The property is conveniently located, about 25 minutes from the city center. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable, which was perfect for our large family. We truly appreciated how well it accommodated all of us.

There was a little noise at night from the road outside, but nothing too disruptive. The only challenge we faced was the check-out time — we requested a short extension of three hours but unfortunately it wasn’t possible, which made it a bit difficult to manage all our luggage.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, loved the surrounding area, and would happily recommend this place to others. If we return to Nottingham, we would definitely choose this house again.

Our stay was okay however the accommodation was not as we expected or as advertised. We had a few issues as listed below:

- There are two toilets however one didn’t flush/was broken making it difficult for 6 people.
- There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed.
- One plug socket was broken making it very dangerous.
- No bath mat or soap was provided.
- The accommodation was dirty when we arrived (rubbish and hair left on the floor).
- Broken patio furniture making it unusable.
- Personal belongings such as contact lenses and private letters around house.

The location was ideal however the accommodation was very unsatisfactory. If you just need somewhere to stay for one night close to the centre then its ok but any longer would be uncomfortable.

there was alot of things in the listing that isn't there like the dryer or dishwasher and alot more.
there was alot of things that was filthy like the bed sofa, the banister, honetsly way too much, it was just gross.
the fuse box is 4 years overdue for a check up
alot of basic things for the house in general was missing, like chopping boards, more toilet roll, tea spoons, tea/coffee/ sugar and again even more.
and contacting the people show very little sympathy towards any complaints so definitely not a place to stay. Just spend your money somewhere else.

House had lots of space for people to sleep and plenty of parking for multiple cars. There wasn't much living space and the kitchen was too small and not equipped for more than 4 people. When we arrived we found the glasses and crockery were dirty, there was also no basic cooking supplies (oil, salt/pepper, tea, coffee) or tea towels so you would need to bring your own. There also wasn't enough hand towels in the bathrooms and not enough toilet roll provided for 1 night. The neighbourhood seemed a bit dodgy and there was a strong smell of cannabis outside the house.
