Nice and quiet area with kind staff
Positive: Everything
Negative: Nothing

Booked for some colleagues to stay during an event at the National Water Sports Centre. Suited our needs perfectly. Would use again.
4.0/5
Our stay was good for what we needed, the dinning room is large and seems much bigger than the photos. Towels were provided and in general, the house was clean. Some stains on cushions and some food material/dirt in the kitchen sink. The instructions seemed to be a little outdated (sofa bed's - one in dinning room, one in room upstairs) and a message about the locking system which we couldn't quite work out.

In general, a nice spacious property to accommodate up to eight guests for a short stay. Great value for money & would stay again. Cleanliness could be improved & a review of the check-in instructions so that they are up to date would be fab.

We wanted a house for an overnight stay before the Outlaw Triathlon at the National Watersports Centre. This was absolutely perfect - just 11 minutes to the triathlon car park at 6am & the perfect location to cook plenty of pasta the night before! The house is situated in a quiet residential side road which was absolutely silent at night, so perfect for those wanting an early night before competing the next morning.
The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a good meal (I had brought salt and cooking oil with me - but it was already there, as well as sugar).
The house was exactly what we wanted and in a very convenient location - would definitely stay there again if doing another triathlon!

surrounding area is bit noisy and not well kept but fine for somewhere to convenient to stay for city

Thanks for a great stay! Very helpful host and quick responses. Had everything we needed and was a great 4 nights.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as we expected the house is cosy, nicely decorated and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen.

Location is great as well, easy walking distance into the city centre.

Would definitely come back!

Were the photos taken 15 years ago, I was not as impressed when we got in
a couple of stains, only 1 toilet for the entire place. Very basic definitely not
luxury.

Dont visit this place in Nottingham.
We spent hours trying to acces WiFi, but the details were wrong & the router was locked in a cupboard.
Sofa seating is different to advertised; low, hard, stained and insufficient, yet advertised for "up to 9 guests".
The kitchen was filthy, no plug for sink, 4 bowls missing, no teaspoons, nearly all the crockery was significantly chipped and cracked. Many utensils were dammaged too.
Back garden; a selling point of this property is actually a "small yard".
There are stains on the sofa, carpet, walls and doors. The place felt dirty downstairs.
Situated opposite what looks like a drugs den. Keys weren't provided for windows, it was uncomfortable with the volume of air fresheners in the house. I felt trapped and unsafe.
The "electronic key entry", one of the sales pitches for this property is not present and actually requires a physical key.
The sink in the bathroom upstairs is also not as photographed, but it was fine. Bedding & towels clean

Great location for the town centre, Great that it sleep 9 and it was clean.
3.0/5
Was ok but would recommend the following:
New cutlery
Better heating controls ie rad valves working
Security keys for windows that we couldn’t open
Correct WiFi details
Cleaner premises

Nice stay
Home was very warm and cosy

5.0/5
Lovely house- perfect for a group of 6 or more if using the sofa beds. Well heated and clean.
About a 15 minute taxi from city centre.
Only thing I would comment on is that the front door caused some difficulty opening from the inside- but could be user error
5.0/5
It was clean, tidy and a comfortable place to stay. Relatively quiet area and a walkable distance to town. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful throughout the stay.
5.0/5
It was a great place to stay, just outside of the city but close enough to walk in or get the bus. Beds were very comfy. All in all exactly what we needed for a short stay!
5.0/5
Ideal for what we needed in a weekend break in Nottingham
5.0/5
Apart from a hiccup with the washing machine, which the host addressed with genuine apology and handled professionally, everything about my stay was absolutely perfect. The communication was clear and thoughtful throughout, and the space itself was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated the host’s honesty and care, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!
5.0/5
Really good sized house for the proximity to town, so a good place for a large group.
Everything was as it said, the host’s instructions were clear and helpful.
It’s an easy walk into town, going past the windmill was a nice addition.
The dining room and kitchen were clean and nice.
Would stay again if I had a large group!
5.0/5
We didn't spend much time in the B&B as we had lots of plans outdoors. The place was clean, just as in the photos, with spacious rooms, a big dining area, and a kitchen. The only struggle we had was the toilet/bathroom facility. Another toilet would've been helpful with the number of guests we had. Otherwise, it is a peaceful street and we enjoyed our stay. I'll recommend it.
5.0/5
Really great place to stay. Didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were just one night and out for a birthday, but it was well equipped, safe and clean. Nice bathroom and kitchen, and set up to have good meals there if you wanted. Speedy WiFi and easy self check in.
Great location 20 mins walk from the town centre

The host was really helpful, communicative, sent clear and friendly messages about check in and amenities.

the house is like the photos and in description. it's got good space for multiple people (we were 5). it's 15 minutes walk to sneinton market for lots of food and drink options, 20 minutes to the city centre. parking is on road and it's a short and slightly narrow road. we easily found a spot and our friend too but both of us have smaller cars. communication was really easy and all instructions were clear.
like most more commercial airbnb in the UK it's a bit worn but still good value for money.
4.0/10
Ok value for money but take ear plugs and a silent fan in the summer.
Positive: There was a decent amount of space, bedrooms good size and a nice touch laying the table for us.
Negative: Lots of old damage, evidence leaks, cracked crockery, very load road with people shouting all night. Loft room was very hot.

Positive: Muito bom 😊

decent, a few broken things but nothing that bothered us

Host communicated well. Plenty of on street parking available. Comfy beds and lots of shops nearby. What more could you want for the price. Thanks for hosting us!
4.0/5
Stayed here for two nights, as we were competing in the Outlaw half. Very easy check in and out and location was perfect only being a 10-15 minute drive from the venue. As well as Aldi being a short walk away.

Only a couple of mirror issues, like the bathroom door lock and and shower bottle stand being broken. However, these were small things and didn’t take much away from the stay.

With all that being said I do recommend for any of your future short stays.
3.0/5
The place is fine, as other reviews suggest it is now very worn out and there is signs of wear and tear everywhere.

The place was clean enough, had some minor issues after check in which were resolved before the end of our stay and the host was responsive and helpful in dealing with that.

The immediate surroundings are quite unpleasant, the street has rubbish dumped in the gutters which in itself isn’t the fault of the host but there was old broken pieces of furniture dumped in the street directly outside the address. A couple of the next door neighbours knocked the door and complained to us that it had been there for weeks, not sure what’s gone on there?

The area itself has a real issue with drug abuse, on 3 occasions over the weekend when walking around i saw overt drug use outside local shops which made some members of my group feel unsafe.

I can’t knock the host and their responsiveness but the property needs updating, the area they can’t do much about.
5.0/10
Very poor standard
Positive: House was clean, and kithen had everything needed
Negative: Bedding extremely creased as if it was stored bundled in a bag .
Doors looking as if they had been smashed open and door handle broken off in bathroom and bedroom 1.
Shower door not fitted properly so it wouldn't close and we could not use as water would have soaked the floor
Toilet roll holder falling off wall
Damp patches on ceiling in dining room
Black mould on kitchen worktop
Hole straight through door above front door lock
Sofas and rubbish piled up outside
Area did not feel to be a safe area at all
Knocked front door on arrival as we could see cleaner moving around - we were going to ask if we could leave our bags as we were rushing to an event and did not want to leave them in car. She would not open door, but saw us from window and closed curtains. Bags had to be left in car for 9 hours
Have many pictures of faults but can only upload 4

Very nice and affordable.
8.0/10
Good location with parking
Positive: Early check in , parking and space
Negative: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and we hardly slept
1.0/5
The place was disgusting. The photos weren’t accurate. There was black mould in the bathroom. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock. The beds were itchy.

There was a huge hole in the back door where you could easily break in. There was a cat flap there but it wasn’t attached.

There were stains all over the place. My mattress had been turned over and I daren’t find out why. I’ve been itchy since I’ve left. The 3 of us who stayed all thought the place was hugely overpriced. It all just felt dirty and unclean.

I’ve been and stayed in some hostels and this was by far worse.

The photos were clearly taken a while ago. False advertising.

0/10.

Positive: Warm and clean
Negative: Damp in bathroom and wall in dining room not painted just plastered. Plus sofa bed very uncomfortable
5.0/5
Enjoyed our stay here, it a lovely and cosy space that fit our family of four perfectly and is a fairly short walk to the city.
4.0/5
The property was great for what we needed- walkable in to ccity centre (15mins?) and the motorpoint arena (again about 15 mins or so). Large property with decent size bedrooms and huge top floor bedroom. Not ideal for people with mobility issues- mum really struggled with the narrow stairs but would recommend this place for ease of access to amenities, cleanliness and ease of finding. Great base for exploring Nottingttingham
