4.7Welcome to Stable Cottage — a peaceful village retreat in the heart of beautiful Woodborough, ideal for countryside breaks, wedding guests attending nearby Woodborough Hall, visits to family and friends, or stays connected with The Park Hospital.
Set within a quiet residential area, the property is best suited to couples, families, or small respectful groups looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The accommodation sleeps families of up to six guests, but it is not suitable for groups of more than 4 adults.
You enter directly into the main living space, which includes Sky TV, broadband, a dining table seating up to six guests, and a sofa bed within the lounge area.
Off one side of the living room is the compact but well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom, which includes a bath with overhead shower.
On the opposite side of the living space is the large main bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a pull-out day bed which can either be used as a sofa/seating area or converted into two additional sleeping spaces. The bedroom also includes a clothes rail for storage.
Outside, there is a small private yard area with outdoor seating and a table suitable for up to six guests.
The location is one of the property’s highlights. The Four Bells pub is right next door, The Nag’s Head is a short walk away, and the nearby health club includes a convenient coffee corner. The village shop and post office are also close by, with beautiful countryside walks in every direction.
As the property is located within a residential area and neighbours are valued greatly, it is strictly not suitable for parties, events, or loud gatherings. Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of noise at all times, particularly when arriving back late in the evening.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
The property is fitted with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms throughout for guest safety.

Pets are not allowed.
Strictly no parties, events, celebrations, or large gatherings.
Outdoor area must not be used after 10pm
