Perfect, clean and well decorated.
No faults.

Wehad an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nottingham. The property was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant long-term stay. The location was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.
What impressed me most was how much my visitors loved the place. Several friends and colleagues who came to see me were so impressed by the space, comfort, and presentation that they asked for the host's contact details. The only thing I could do was share the Airbnb link. I am your billboard, I was proud inviting friend, I hope I left the place looking good , though it will require professional cleaning to remove any stains I could not remove during my stay. Excellent host, spacious place, no intrusions. You enjoy the house like it’s your own. Someone who live in Nottingham wanted the place for monthly rent. If they take this beautiful place, where will we visitors stay?

Great value for money. Cheapest around and not far from the city centre. Property was exactly as described eith very easy access and fantastic communication throughout.

The house itself was very suitable, everything worked, it was very clean and had everything we needed.
Within Easy reach of shopping facilities such as Tesco etc.
The location was not very good, rather a rough area and noisy at times.
For couple of couple nights and easy access to Nottingham centre by car it is a good option.

We enjoyed the stay at the house the accommodation was amazing everything was working and the kitchen is absolutely lovely the only thing that was not that great was the master bedroom mattress i think it should be changed but other than that it’s a absolutely beautiful home and extremely comfortable and cozy the heating is amazing plenty of hot water location is great I would 100% recommend this home you would not regret it

Ruth’s house was the first Airbnb I’ve stayed in and I will definitely be booking again. I stayed for about three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The space is homely, inviting and the area is very beautiful. Sam and the team were really helpful and responsive anytime I had a query. Would definitely recommend!

This was a lovely place to use for a weekend break- cosy and pristine! Would choose to visit again! ☺️ the only thing that could be improved would be to have locks on the bathrooms for privacy and maybe a bit of oil for cooking!
