Clean living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Plenty of space, lots of cups and tumblers. Good and timely communication.

The house would comfortably fit 8 people, 10 at a pinch albeit to a minimum level of comfort. For instance there is only one shower in the house.

Well located within Nottingham and suitable space for us within the house. It was rather hot in the house but that was mainly due to the heat wave and limited air circulating through the building.

Disappointed with their request for reimbursement for smoking. My colleagues have been wrongfully accused of smoking inside the house with no real evidence provided. Just because they saw it’s a business renting out, they thought they could exploit the situation and ask for extra money.

Everything was as they said it would be. Really easy booking, clear instructions and easy to find. I would book again.
The bathrooms are very basic but the lovely big kitchen and sitting room is great for lots of guests and it feels homely.
