Hosts let us check in early and communicated extremely well. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay and lots of room for guests to mingle about. We had a slight problem with multiple door knobs falling off whilst we were there and a small leak problem in the kitchen but the host was very responsive and apologetic. The hosts also helped us get into the properly 1 hour early which was amazing.

This property suited its purpose well and provided easy access into the city centre. It was generally clean and tidy, with plenty of space, and the living room was a great feature with both darts and a pool table.
The location itself isn’t the nicest, but it’s convenient, with easy access to shops, food places and the city centre.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The property could do with a bit of TLC in places, and it would have been helpful to have more cleaning supplies available during the stay.
Overall, the property offers decent value for what you pay and is a good option if you’re looking for somewhere spacious and convenient without spending too much.

My friends and I stayed for my graduation and we had a wonderful time. Sam and the team had excellent communication from start to finish, and explained everything very well. The apartment was wonderful, very clean and had everything we needed, we all felt right at home. We would definitely all stay again, a huge thanks again to Sam and the team for everything.

tldr: I would not book again but would be open to another property from same company.
pros: communication prompt and always available, lots of space, kitchen spacious and well equipped, clean enough.
cons: Loud street activity (cars and people) all hours of day and night (2am on a Tuesday!). it feels like there is an absentee landlord because there was lots of easy preventative maintenance undone (loose kitchen furniture with screws falling out), feature amenities broken and unusable. Entrance is through a trash filled alleyway and multiple doors, shared with restaurant kitchen staff (if hot enough to need windows open you will get cooking odors in some bedrooms. Unsuitable for a family, if you are a college group booking a weekend out and are going to be out late anyways it could work for you.

The accommodation is very basic but could be improved by some additional comforts such as Mirrors in the bedrooms and the neighbourhood is incredibly noisy

I would say its almost perfect!! only few things were that the only bin in the entire accommodation was the size of a desk bin and its supposed to accommodate upto 13 people, pretty small but past that some areas were a little dirty but if you can get past that its an almost perfect AirBnB!

Rented this out with a group of friends, instructions to check in and locate the house was very clear, host is also very clear and communicative with fast responses. The property was infact larger than I expected.

overall it was ok. Host was helpful, lots of clear information about check-in etc. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Area is a bit rough and ready, you wouldn't want to walk around there late at night on your own, but it's only a 10 minute walk to the city centre which is lovely.
a few issues, the pool table is broken and unusable, it needs to be chucked, don't know why they're keeping it other than to make you book the place thinking it has a pool table. There are no nets to catch the balls so they will immediately fall on the floor and it sinks to one side so they all roll off anyway, so it's impossible to play. We did play darts though which was fun. We didn't play the football table.

We stayed here for a hen weekend and it was great. Everything as described and plenty of space for our party of 12 people. A few bits of the Airbnb could do with updating or fixing but this didn’t affect our weekend. The amenities were great and everywhere was clean. Would definitely stay here and recommend to others. We did have a small issue with parking and had to park a few streets away but otherwise, great location!

Great flat. More space than we were expecting. Communication was quick and helpful. We actually ate in the restaurant below - which was really good too. Parking on the main road is a bus lane 7.30-9.30am, so avoid that. You can find parking in the roads off the main road which generally give you an hours parking between 9am - 5pm (so you’re fine if you’re checking out at 10am).

We enjoyed our stay at this place and it was perfect for what we needed! Location is very close to town so easy walking distance to the centre. However the main road outside is very noisy, so if you need something quiet then I wouldn't recommend this. The flat is also very minimalist with very basic utensils etc so I would advise to bring along whatever you need including tea, coffee, shampoo etc.

Absolutely beautiful flat, modern and comfortable. It was amazing value for money and the most comfortable bed of any Airbnb I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot!

It was a nice spacious place with comfy beds and clean area only thing is the pool table wasn’t great lots of stains and pool queue were broke and table wasn’t great not sturdy so the balls just rolled to the side most of the time

Very disappointed. One of the big selling points for this flat is the pool table and darts. Both of which were unusable in our stay. The table was not flat and all the darts were broken. Floors felt sticky. Door handles were broken and would fall off. The flat is well located to the centre of Nottingham. Really needs a bit of maintenance and repair. If you need a place to sleep that is central it’s ok. For the other facilities it offers I would not recommend. Very odd layout and feels like a hostel.

I booked this for 9 people a couple did back out but it was plenty of room struggled with parking and locating the way in but once figured it was so easy. Had a slight problem with the heating but got it fixed the same day communication was great. For what we all paid we highly rated this place to stay

Worth for money, owner mentioned only one bathroom and 4rooms, but they have 2 bathrooms, 5 rooms and a big living room.

the place is really nice,clean and spacious.We really enjoyed the time we had here.except for the T.V that didn't work but the customer service was very responsive and helpful,they were able to send someone to come fix it,he even gave us more time to check-out .Overall,I would come here again.its really nice.

Very nice stay. A small issue occurred but was resolved straight away which was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and made some good memories.
