Everything was perfect

I really appreciated the good exchange with Sam and his team. The place was well located and good to access . Also the kitchen equipment was good. It is really unfortunate that there were stains of mould and dirt in the kitchen sink and in the shower and that the toilet was dirty (traces of excrements). Also the window wasn’t clean and there were still some dust and crumbs here and there. An offer to clean up came but to be done only the day before my departure which wouldn’t have been of much benefit. But if the place is thoroughly cleaned up it will be a good place to stay.

Communication was great: very responsive and helpful host. Everything as expected (accurate description and photos). Very good access to city centre, QMC, Jubilee Campus and University Campus. A bit noisy which was expected since it’s on a main road. Would come back!
