Blair's Central Stay

Perfectly located on one of the main shopping streets in the centre of Nottingham this spacious flat sleeps up to 16 guests. There are five bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

It has Netflix and Wifi. Two of the bedrooms have two double beds, three have one double and there’s a large sofabed in the living room.

Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find lots of pubs and bars, nightclubs, a theatre and concert hall. You can eat around the world – Italian to Turkish, Japanese to Vietnamese!

This flat can be booked with the two other flats to cater for 48!

Blair’s Central Stay is modern yet cosy with Wi-Fi and it’s right in the centre of Nottingham, making it a brilliant base for exploring the city of Nottingham and enjoying a pint or glass of wine in the oldest pub in Britain, Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem.

The kitchen diner is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and kettle. Here you can cook your own meal and create your own fine dining experience, or enjoy an aperitif while you order a takeaway from cuisines around the globe.

Blair’s Central Stay is up two flights of stairs and has an HDTV with lots of channels as well as Netflix. The spacious flat has generous seating and can accommodate up to 16 people. There are several public car parks nearby.

of ale at Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem, England’s oldest inn, dating back to 1189. A
favourite with crusader knights and outlaws!

Green's Windmill and Science Centre ‒ climb the working windmill and bake your

This venue was great, right in the middle of the city centre and was so spacious my group of 9 had a phenomenal time

The flat is very well situated. It has a good size with lovely big rooms, each attached to a good size bathroom . We were a multi generational group and it fitted very well our various needs. It is well equipped with enough of everything.
Cleaning was however a little suboptimal, especially floors and the company advertised as 24/7 was unresponsive following 10pm check in when we noticed pillow cases were not provided on most beds. They eventually were the next afternoon for our second night.

Very helpful and communicative team. Thank you. Accommodation was clean and tidy too. The main problem was the noise and the lack
of AC in a heatwave. To be fair reviews have drawn attention to the noise so fine but on a very hot day we had to have the windows open! Overall though the cost probably reflects these issues so hence the strong rating overall.

The place was large and in a great location. A few things in the flat were broken or damaged upon arrival (bent pictures, the sofa bed). Other than that though, good place to stay, great communication from the hosts. Excellent communication on how to access the building too in the form of short videos.

I’ve had a great experience staying here. The check in process was incredibly smooth and efficient, with very clear and easy to follow instructions which made arriving completely stress free. Everything was exactly as described and very well prepared for the arrival.

It’s brilliant to be able to visit Nottingham and be hosted in such a well organised and thoughtful way. You can tell a lot of care goes into making sure guests have a great experience from the moment they arrive. The place was clean, welcoming and everything worked perfectly.

Really grateful for the hospitality so far and would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved this place. Very modern apartment with 5 large ensuites in central Nottingham, at a very reasonable price. Easy, clear check-in instructions, flexible host, had no problems at all during the stay.

We had a two night stay here for a reunion of friends from across the country.

The flat is in a fantastic central location, just a short walk to the castle, the Royal Theatre, and plenty of cafés and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and the host was helpful and responsive.

As it was a weekend, there was quite a bit of noise from the street below, and we could also hear footsteps, doors closing, and lively late-night revelry from the flat above and people in the hallways, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers.

The space itself was mostly tidy, though we did find a used coffee cup left in the microwave, which seemed to have been missed by the cleaners.

Overall, it’s a convenient base for exploring Nottingham. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs, and a little extra attention to the cleaning would make the stay even better.

I would recommend to big groups that want to stay in Nottingham as everything fast food places and the town Centre everything is in a very workable distance so we didn’t have to spend that much on transport alongside the beds being very comfy and the house fully furnished 🙂 we enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and accommodated our early check-in request, which was a huge help. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the provided videos on finding the apartment and operating the shower were incredibly helpful. You can tell a lot of thought went into the instructions.

We needed a large space to accommodate ten people, this apartment itself was a gem to find, really spacious with good beds, and it's in a great location. The only downside was that it was quite noisy due to being on a main road. Not really a fault of the apartment however, just good to know.

Overall, a positive experience, especially thanks to the host's excellent communication and the apartment's generous space.
