The space
Anna’s Central Stay is modern yet cosy with Wi-Fi and it’s right in the centre of Nottingham, making it the perfect base for exploring the city of Nottingham and enjoying a pint or glass of wine in the oldest pub in Britain.
This flat can be booked with the two other flats in the building for up to 48 people!
The kitchen diner is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and kettle. Here you can cook your own meal and create your own fine dining experience, or enjoy an aperitif while you order a takeaway from cuisines around the globe.
The flat is up one flight of stairs and has an HDTV with lots of channels as well as Netflix. The spacious flat has generous seating and can accommodate up to 16
people. There are several car parks nearby.
The Robin Hood Tour ‒ see the city with Robin as your guide, then stop off for a pint of ale at Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem, England’s oldest inn, dating back to 1189. A favourite with crusader knights and outlaws!

I had a great stay. The location was perfect for a night out in Nottingham close to bars, restaurants and the car park. The facilities were also great with plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely book again in future and certainly recommend to friends and family.

Great location right in the heart of the city — everything was within easy walking distance. The kitchen was really well stocked, which we made good use of. Would happily stay again.

This Airbnb is a total "catfish." Our group of 10 was met with policy violations and poor conditions from the start.
Policy Violations: The host withheld check-in until we paid a £250 cleaning deposit via a third-party site, violating Airbnb’s safety protocols.
Filthy Conditions: Surfaces were covered in grime, walls were scuffed, and we found stale food under furniture. One bed smelled of body odor, and another guest developed hives, likely from uncleaned pet dander.
Poor Maintenance: We found mold, a cabinet door ripped off its hinges, and a shower door off its tracks. Essential supplies like paper towels, hand towels, and cleaning materials were nonexistent.
Awful for sleep: Every toilet flush triggered a loud, vibrating water motor. The beds were ancient, painful springs.
While the host was communicative and refunded the remaining nights after we involved Airbnb, the stay was a nightmare. We moved to a Hilton instead. Save yourself the misery.

Was a great stay, the fire alarm went off which was a bit annoying but they were ever responsive in fixing it!

Really pleased with the property, had a stag do and it was a perfect location really central to everything in the city.
Property was exactly as expected.
My only gripe is probably more with Airbnb as they have some alert messaging to tell you not to part money outside of the app even though it does warn you that there is a deposit required as you’re paying for it.

As a large group of 14 travelling for a rowing regatta nearby, the accommodation was the perfect size for our group and we had a fantastic one night stay! The host was extremely responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions. The accommodation itself was perfect… clean, centrally located with nearby Public Carpark, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything our group needed. We hope to be back when in Nottingham again!

Great stay, as we were 12 guest staying it was convenient to the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good heating facility. Security was great and responsive host. Thank you travel fox for the stay.. looking forward for next one

We enjoyed our stay in Nottingham. Anna’s Central Stay was economical, spacious, and centrally located. It is right next to a bus stop, parking structure, grocer, coffee shop, and mall. The host was responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Positive: La ubicación es genial. Pleno centro y todos los servicios muy próximos. Las camas son cómodas y el apartamento en general es muy amplio y preparado para grupos grandes.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was extremely responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions and very helpful throughout our stay. As my feedback is intended purely for improvement, I would like to kindly share a few points that I hope you may consider to make the place even better:
1. Security: During weekends there tends to be quite a lot of disturbance, and on four occasions someone even attempted to open our apartment door. Having stricter building policies or enhanced security measures could help prevent such issues.
2. Bathroom noise: The bathroom system produces a very loud sound when in use; an update could help make it less disruptive.
3. Insects: Occasionally, insects seeking warmth entered the apartment. Installing mesh screens behind the windows could prevent this.
4. Main entrance: The main building door once stopped closing properly, which raised security concerns. Regular maintenance—or a temporary reception desk—could greatly support overall safety.
5. Facilities: There was no ironing table available, which would have been very useful.
6. Internet coverage: Wi-Fi signal inside the inner rooms was almost nonexistent. Improving coverage would make a big difference.
7. Bedroom doors: The doors are quite heavy and close very quickly. This could cause accidental injury if someone isn’t paying attention.
8. Cleaning policy: The guidelines on waste disposal were unclear (e.g., when exactly rubbish bags can be left outside). Clearer instructions would be helpful.
9. Rain leakage: During rainfall, there was some water leakage that could be addressed.
10. Peephole for the door: Installing a peephole in the apartment doors would provide residents with an additional sense of safety and reassurance.

Lovely central location so really easy to get around and lots of stuff to do. Spacious apartment with a sleek and modern design. Host was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Myself and my friends have all agreed we'd love to come and stay at this location again.

The place was centrally located which made it a delight, we were able to get around everywhere by foot. The shops and restaurants were easily accessible. And of course the apartment itself was very nice, an absolute value for money, and host was also reachable by email.

Perfect place to stay for our son’s graduation from university.
Plenty of room for the family, brilliant everyone had an en-suite bathroom.

If you want peace and quiet this place might not be right for you as it is right in the heart of the city. But if you want to be in the action this is the place to stay. Easy to walk to venues, bars and restaurants.

Perfect location, available parking near by, easy to get in and out. Host was really helpful and responded to my queries right away! Lots of bits to use in the kitchen, Waitrose and Tesco near by as well as other fast food places and bus stops etc if you’re travelling far.

Positive: Great location, great value for money, worked for our mixed group of 9 who were attending the Test match at Trent Bridge.
