The place is really good near to everything and in city centre , the house is clean and fully equipped worth the money we pay and the host is really helpful with all the inquiries we need .

Exactly as described, great for big groups. Location is perfect but is noisy at night. Other reviews said a bit rough, we didn’t find this at all.
Had everything you could need except iron, which is minor.

We had a slight issue with the sofa bed, but they brought an air mattress to solve the issue. so 10/10! Very lucky to have the host respond quickly!

It was a nice enough place and Travel fox team were perfectly nice. Although the sofa bed was a bit broken. There was a stain on the sofa. There was also a leak in one room.
They seemed pretty on it and I assume they will fix this though. It was nice enough for the price.

The property was as described and very clean. The host was super helpful sending us information regarding check in and videos for all of the amenities before we got to the property. Check in was easy and simple and the house worked fab for our larger group. The location is walkable from city centre so perfect for a night out with a group of friends.

Fantastic find. Place was exactly as described. Clear instructions on how to get in, host was helpful and responsive plus for the price for staying was more than reasonable. The bedding was so conformable and the place was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

The flat was really comfy and welcoming, the linens on the bed were of great thread count and felt very nice. All amenities and even a few niceties in place when we arrived. Honestly well worth the money for such a convenient location.
That being said, if you’re there on a weekend, the area is lively and can be a little more than a light sleeper would like—but you ARE staying in a city, so bear that in mind. Otherwise, fantastic!

The Accomadation was clean and ready for our arrival, one of the bedroom did smell of cigarette smoke we guessed it was coming from the flat underneath
I think it could benefit from some double glazing windows as the noise from the street was very loud and and went on till the early hours
Also maybe take an eye mask as some of the windows do not have curtains and the street lights are bright
The beds was comfortable, clean towels provided and the kitchen was really clean
And maybe some earplugs but if your looking for somewhere clean to crash with a 15 min walk to the tow
Then this fits your bill

was fine old student house not great quality windows were broken and everything is fine. However there was no toilet paper at all and host wasn't very helpful. Check in was moved a hour later with no thought offered.

Very disappointing stay- very rough area, we came home and had to step over homeless sleepers who’d come into the downstairs corridor of the property. There was half a toilet roll left for our stay of 8 people- felt quite unsafe in general and wouldn’t suggest a group of girls to stay here. The flat itself is clean and pleasant- shame about the area and how unsafe the property feels with homeless people sleeping downstairs

Great location and great hosts, however, in one of the rooms there were windows with no blinds whatsoever and so you felt very visible to the shops and people outside. Windows with blinds/curtains didn’t do too much to block light out. Other than that location was great and air bnb was super clean with everything we needed.

The apartment is in a great location within the city, with free street parking just a short 2-minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive and helped us quickly when we had an issue with the lockbox code.
In terms of space, the flat is better suited for a smaller group. It has 2 double beds, 1 single, and 1 bunk bed (the sofa bed was unfortunately broken during our stay). There is only 1 shower room and 1 toilet, which can be limiting for a larger group. Also, the main bedroom doesn’t have curtains or blinds, so it gets bright quite early in the morning.
That said, the beds were very comfortable and clean, the shower worked well, and the kitchen facilities were tidy and practical. Overall, a great spot if location and comfort are your main priorities!

Absolutely loved the place, the videos to find the door and the instructions made everything so easy! We had a little situation with the keys but had a lot of support, even the late night visit to help us out by Sam (he was lovely despite the hour)

This place is great for a large group. The local area could be considered a bit rough around the edges but the flat itself is lovely. Highly recommend this place for an affordable and comfortable stay in Nottingham.
The hosts were proactive with communication and I didn’t once have to reach out in confusion as my queries were already answered through messages prior to the stay.
