We had a very pleasant stay. It was as described, very clean and quiet. We walked into the city centre in 25 minutes but would recommend the frequent buses for anyone with mobility problems.

Really great apartment with everything I needed for a solo traveller. Free parking on the adjacent road, easy access to Nottingham University sports fields and genuinely well kitted out apartment. Great communication from the owners. Thanks !

I'm rating this at the discounted price point. If it was the original price point my rating would be lower. The studio is fine for a night or two, but i experienced the following issues:

-Heater was not working because there was a code. When i texted the host, he initially said there was no code and then didn't reply for the rest of the night. I only received the code the next day.
-Trash bags were not provided until the second day and some maintenance staff entered the studio while I was not there. I was not given a heads up or asked about this. I think this is an invasion of privacy.
-Toilet had limescale stains of a brown colour
-Kitchen drawers and cupboards had oil stains
-Overall the place needs maintenance
