Sofa beds covered in stains and marks on the wall. NO LOCK ON BATHROOM Door which was ignored in previous reviews, no bench in the back garden as per photos. Back garden has serious overgrowth
Double sofa bed couch rails are broken so it only functions as a single.
But host were nice and responsive and nothing broken per se only a leaky sink. Def not a great option for 12 due to the lack of furniture and communal areas for only slightly cheaper than alternatives.
All and all 2/5 lots of room for improvement

The bedding on the sofa bed was not clean nor was the pillow cases

We had a very disappointing stay at this Airbnb. The sofa bed was in poor condition, with the bottom part not even properly connected, making it feel unsafe and unusable. There were also visible stains on the sofa beds, which added to the overall unpleasant experience. The other sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable. The upstairs area felt poorly maintained, and there was no lock on the bathroom door, which was inconvenient and lacked privacy as there was 8 of us staying here and the door just wouldn’t close
Overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The property felt dirty and neglected, with a fridge that was particularly grimy and unappealing. The whole place could really benefit from a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint, as it currently feels rundown and unhygienic.
Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic standards of comfort, safety, or cleanliness, and we would not choose to stay here again

We needed somewhere local to stay while spending days decorating a new place, and this fit the bill perfectly for that purpose. Clean, professional no hassle host. And a great price too.

Great location only about a 15 minute drive into the centre. Worked really well for us all. I will say it was a bit of a struggle only having 1 bathroom with 11 of us staying especially with the toilet door not fully closing and having no lock. We didn’t mind at all, but worth keeping in mind if there is a big group of you. Definitely did not expect it to be as spacious as it was so that was great. There was a lot of stains on the walls ect but not the end of the world. Host was responsive and helpful would 100% stay here again

We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! While it wasn’t the most high end place we've stayed in, it was definitely comfortable and met our needs. The location was fantastic, there are various bus stops nearby, making it super easy to get around. The space was cozy, and everything we needed was there. The host was also very friendly and responsive. If you’re looking for a straightforward, hassle-free place to stay with good transport links, this spot does the job :)

There were quite a few stains on the walls and sofa beds. The toilet door doesn’t shut properly or lock. But location is close to city centre and communication with host was good.

Overall not too bad, noticeable issues were:
- Only one-already used toilet roll for two nights, would've expected a couple more rolls supplied.
- No bin bags, perhaps they are ok with rubbish into the bins without bags.
- Heating did not work despite following the video. By the time we realised it, it was already 4am.
- Limited Glasses/Mugs (only 5) when they listed they can host 12 people.
- Noticeable stains on sofa beds and no duvet covers for the duvet which personally is not ideal for me.
- Toilet doesn't locks, not a problem for us since we are a family but could be for other guests.
Overall was able to satisfy our needs for the two nights, pretty good location, beds pretty comfortable and fairly clean. Would recommend if owners acted upon the small issues mentioned.

we had a group of 11 stay and it was a bit of a squeeze, but it was doable for 2 nights. One of the major things that stood out was the bathroom door had no lock and the door didn't close properly which was rather frustrating...there was also no loo roll! The top room was a bit dusty and we found rubbish under one of the beds but other bedrooms were tidy and clean. The stairs were also rather steep some of us found especially from the middle to top floor
The other beds and sofa bed in the living room were comfortable, kitchen was tidy and had cutlery and plates etc. It was a 10/15 minute drive into the town centre by car and was a nice area, very quiet and no issues with parking or anything as it was a weekend. 11 of us stayed for one night. We stayed on a weekend so had no issues with parking outside the property. Only one bathroom however worked fine for us, would deffo benefit from a lock on the bathroom door. House was clean and tidy other than some stains on the upstairs sofa bed when pulled out however we brought several blankets and sheets were in the property so used these also and put them on over the sofa bed so didn’t effect the stay. Nice area to stay in and approx 10/15 mins from town in a car. Travel fox checked in regularly and was a great support, check in was super easy using the key safe. Would stay again. Well worth the price we paid. Didn’t use kitchen during our stay but it was clean and tidy.

Positive: This house does not look like the pictures. It was extremely dirty and completely lacking in kitchen facilities. There were no wine glasses, no coffee maker . No frying pan or utensils, no bowls .Also, there was no kitchen towel or bathroom towel.The couch was stained, and there were no lamps in any of the rooms, and the bathroom had a very bad smell. There was not a clothes horse or even pegs even though there was a clothes line. We were there because of a family illness, but if we had been on holiday, we would have complained straight away and left. I could not recommend this house less .

We were very disappointed with our stay. The house was not properly cleaned before our arrival—there was grease and stickiness throughout the kitchen, dirty windows, and a filthy oven that clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was no soap or washing-up liquid, and no table with chairs for meals, which made it especially difficult for our group of 11. The space was much smaller than expected and having only one bathroom for so many people was very inconvenient.
It was especially frustrating to see a cleaning fee charged when it was obvious that no professional cleaning had been done. Overall, the condition of the house did not match the listing, and we would not recommend this property.

The place was smaller than we expected. It is not really adequate for 9 people to be quite honest. Luckily it was only for a weekend so we managed but if it was longer it would have been complicated.
Furthermore, the oven and the fridge were dirty; also the door leading to upstairs were loose but someone came to fix it once we reported it.
Finally, we could have been nice to have a table and chairs in the garden during sunny day.
Other than that the place was clean and liveable.
