The apartment fully matches the description and photos provided. The location is excellent, with Wollaton Park and the city centre both within walking distance, which is great if you enjoy walking. Everything needed for daily living is close by.

The apartment fully met my expectations and I would definitely recommend it.

The area is quiet and peaceful. During my stay, I didn’t experience anything that could have negatively affected my visit. Overall, everything was smooth and comfortable.

Pictures was 100% accurate overall the stay was good however there was a bunch random hair in the shower and behind the toilet was toilet troll covered in piss and when I left items behind and messaged them straight away and called them they through them in the bin even though I was going to pay for the cleaning cost and shipping cost to bring back the items towards me

De communicatie met Sam liep snel en soepel. Je bent met bus 28, 29 en 30 in 10 minuten in het centrum. De wasmachine is top. Het is een eenvoudige studio en het was niet schoon toen ik kwam maar Sam heeft gezegd dat hij het schoonmaakteam hierop zal aanspreken, dat zal in de toekomst dus beter moeten zijn. Donkerdere gordijnen zou fijn zijn.

I booked this property for my mother’s stay in Nottingham, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal - close to everything she needed and in a lovely, quiet area. The host was exceptional from start to finish: always quick to respond, genuinely accommodating, and incredibly kind. When my mother’s flight got unexpectedly postponed, he was more than happy to adjust the booking dates without any fuss and went out of his way to make the situation stress-free for us. His flexibility and helpfulness made a huge difference, and I’m so grateful for the thoughtful service. Highly recommend this property and host - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
