We loved seagull cottage! Beds were comfy, decor was delightful and lots of little extras which was lovely! The best equipped air bnb we’ve stayed in with regards to pots, pans, fans and cute little welcome basket and one for our dog too! Would recommend 🙂

We had a lovely weekend stay, with four adults, one child and two babies.
The main bedroom is very spacious. The other two are small but adequate.
The stairs are very steep as described in the listing. There are handrails and stair gates to help, but it would definitely be a problem for anyone with less mobility (we had a couple of minor slips when not paying attention!). The bathroom is on the ground floor.
The house is nicely furnished, with a lot of really considerate equipment/supplies available, especially for small children and dogs.
The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and town centre, as well as the big Tesco.

We had a great stay at Seagull Cottage. It is conveniently located to walk down to the seafront, although we did much prefer Old Hunstanton beach which was a slightly longer walk or short drive away. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and the place was really thoughtfully catered for families. Would definitely recommend, thank you!

Fantastic holiday home had everything you needed and more, was in the perfect place to walk to the beach and all amenities excellent from start to finish

Seagull Cottage is so pretty and comfortable, in a very convenient location in the town. We were surprised and impressed by the standard of decor and furnishing, with lots of homely touches. We couldn’t have wanted for any more in terms of kitchen equipment, beach accessories, linens and towels, books, games etc. The parking space (although tight!) was much appreciated, as was the cute and very private courtyard for our morning cuppa and evening glass of wine. We feel very lucky to have found this lovely little place and really hope we can stay there again in the future.

Me and my friends stayed here for a long weekend away and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Hunstanton. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and the amenities/restaurants nearby. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. The owners also sorted out a parking permit for us in the nearby carpark which was convenient for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return for sure.

This has been our second year at seagull cottage. I stayed with my wife, daughter and grandchildren.
We all loved it so much last year we had to book again!
The house is beautiful and so many little touches like blankets, kids toys and books to use. Its like a home from home!
Our hosts were lovely and friendly, thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
Granddaughter was thrilled sleeping in ted baker bedding too!
5.0/5
Great host, responsive and willing to accommodate requests. The cottage was perfect for our family of 4 with small kids - and we were amazed by the comforting accessories, highchair and toys for the little ones! These made our experience even better.
The only downside was the overall price that we felt a bit excessive for one night... although that would have washed down a lot if we had stayed one more night (adding Sunday would have been much better).

Overall, I would definitely recommend the cottage and the host.

Lived up to it's description and more. Perfect location to fair, amusements, town, beach, swimming pool, restaurants and supermarkets.
Handy to have either its own parking space or local car park permit.
Accommodation catered for every need, from babies, children, pets and adults.
Could not find any faults with this little gem in Hunstanton.

Had a lovely time at Seagull Cottage
Had an issue getting in said could get in at 3pm but code not released till 3:30 but due to a poor signal wasn't able to get the code. So had to call Travel Fox and after getting passed the automated system managed to speak to someone and eventually get the code.

very comfortable and clean house. close to beach and town centre. had everything you needed.

Great cottage close to the sea. Comfortable and squeaky clean space, very well equipped. Perfect base to explore the North Norfolk coast.

We had a lovely stay at Seagull Cottage - it was perfectly located with lots of thoughtful amenities provided.

Great stay in a lovely house. Great location, within few minutes walk to seafront, the High Street & the Green.
5.0/5
Amazing property - it was the first time we'd every rented a property and found that they had thought of everything. There was nothing missing - very much a home from home.
The parking space at the rear of the property is only suitable for a medium to small size car - however a simple txt of my car registration to the owners meant I had access to a parking permit for the car park just round the corner from the house.

We were a group of 5 adults. Myself, husband, our Son and his girlfriend and a 19 year old lad.
There was more than enough room to cater for us all.
Seagull Cottage is perfectly placed if you want to walk to the beach, supermarket, shops, pubs and restaurants. Also, an easy drive to all the tourist destinations in the area.
I would highly recommend staying here.

We had the best few days at Seagull Cottage! We were really sad to leave. it's an ideal location, walking distance to town and the beach. the house has everything you need and is really comfortable. we have a 2 and 4 year old and they were very excited about the books and toys they found. we are already planning to come back next year!
4.0/5
The location is excellent. The house is lovely. Loved the big kitchen, loved that you could eat at a table and still watch the TV if you wanted to. You are so close to the beach and the heart of Hunstanton, so fantastic. Try the parking as it’s not as difficult or tight as it seems initially ~ and you probably wont need the car for the duration of your stay!
The only downside was no upstairs toilet coupled with very steep stairs, and no walk in shower, all of which is difficult for older guests ~ and not very clear on description before booking.
However, would definitely stay again as it was comfortable, despite no upstair toilet or walk in shower. Location brilliant. Owner was also very helpful when our car wouldn’t start.

Just returned from a 5 day break @ seagull cottage what a lovely place. There was everything to provide a cosy home from home experience.
You have thought of everything, I loved the doggie basket of goodies.
The stair gates were brilliant as the stairs are very steep, but you mentioned that before so I was prepared. Thank you so much Norfolk is lovely scenic and the location is perfect. Sunday lunch at the Lifeboat Inn after seeing the seals was perfect .

Good location, walking distance to all amenities, the house was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed plus additional extras .Parking at the rear of property was no problem Audi A5 parked up easily ,but additional parking option was provided which we didn’t need to use. Thanks for a great stay we even had sunshine!

we had a lovely time. gouse was beautiful. stairs a little steep but other than that perfect. great location and the dogs lived all the treats

Seagull Cottage was truly a home away from home. Beds were comfy, everything was clean and functional. They thought of everything you would need on a beach holiday. The doggy care package was so sweet! Will definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful! Communication was great, property was just as described and very well positioned. Lots to do and plenty of quality restaurants (driving). Good parking!

Perfect cottage for our family of four. Very comfy yet spacious. We had our family round for dinner New Year’s Day & there was plenty of room. Ideal location right next to town centre & seaside.

Host was really helpful and responded really quickly to any queries we had.

We couldn’t fit our car in the parking space out the back but the host sorted us a permit for the car park which was a 30 second walk away from the cottage.

Definitely recommend & we’ll stay here again.

We had such a lovely time at this beautiful house. The location is fab! We felt at home straight away, the cosy fire and blankets were perfect for coming home to after the freezing weather. Everything you could possibly need is there, including stuff for the dog and games for the kids. Great shower, comfy beds and great communication throughout- we couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks for being such great hosts!

We booked Seagull Cottage for a few days across Christmas, and wow! The property is so cosy with loads of pillows and blankets and a lovely gas fire. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook the Christmas dinner, probably better equipped than my own! Comes with all of the essentials for cleaning, dog treats and bowl, and lovely little extra treats for us. The beds are super comfortable with great bedding, there isn’t anything to fault about the way that it is set out! So many useful items in all the cupboards around the house, as well as lots of games and even some books. Great WiFi too! The property is just a minute away from the beach front, so you’re close to shops, pubs and restaurants while still being somewhat tucked away on a peaceful street.

The only thing to note is that the stairs are steep, so did spook our dog till he got used to it! 😆

Will certainly book again for our next Norfolk coast visit, seriously worth every penny

Very clean, good appliances and furniture, with thoughtful bits and pieces to make for a better stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in lovely Seagull Cottage. We loved the decor and it was fully equipped with everything we could need. We used the parking permit and parked our estate car in the car park across the road. The parking space at the back of the house was great for loading and unloading though.
Central location with an easy walk to town to the restaurants, shops & arcades!

Lovely stay for a long weekend

Great location, comfortable beds and great little touches
Positive: This is such a fantastic house with everything we needed and more. We couldn’t find anything that hadn’t been thought of by the owners to make the stay comfortable and relaxed. So many little touches made it a great experience. Location was perfect, right in the middle with a very short walk to wherever you wanted to go. The stairs are quite steep, but the comfortable and well presented bedrooms were worth taking it easy.
Negative: I really wouldn’t want to say anything negative about this space as it’s so wonderful, but the rear parking is tight if you have a big car. I’ve got a Ford Ranger 4x4 but still managed to get it in with a few shunts.
5.0/5
This cottage was a perfect stay for our family (2 adults, 1 baby & 1 dog.)
Parking space at rear was a little tight but with a few forwards and backwards our car was fine (Ford Puma.) We didn't use the car during our stay but could have. Lovely option also to park vehicle in the car park nearby via hosts.
The cottage had everything we could have needed - dog treats, bowls, blankets, baby highchair, toddler seat chair, baby feeding set, change mat, stair gates, night lights, next to me crib, hangers in every room (even kiddie size ones), hairdryer in every room, garden blankets, a full kitchen, coffee machine, biscuits (2 full packs!), chocolate treats ..... the list goes on.
A great location and comfortable stay, would happily return and recommend.

A lovely cottage to stay in. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay, so thank you.
We all enjoyed the visit and would definitely go back again.
4.0/5
This house is situated in a great location, within 5 minutes walk of the town centre, the seafront, and Tesco's. Easy to find and access. It has a large kitchen, lounge/dining room, and a downstairs bathroom/WC. The decor is a little tired, and a kitchen cupboard door fell off on the first day. It has a good TV, armchair, one comfy sofa, and one very uncomfortable sofa. Upstairs, one decent sized bedroom, with plenty of storage, and two small bedrooms with hardly any storage.
5.0/5
Central well equipped home. Plenty of instructions. Material stair gate a brilliant idea.
Comfortable and clean.
Great communication.
4.0/5
Nice tidy place. Very clean with everything you need.
5.0/5
Seagull Cottage is just lovely. Absolutely perfect for our young family. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The location is amazing.
The first thing I notice when I walked in, particularly upstairs, was the smell. It smelt so fresh and so clean. There are so many little extra touches that really make it a home from home. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there.
Yes the parking is tight but that is explained on the listing and other options are available. We parked at the cottage because we were not using the car during our stay so knew we would need to move it again until we went home. It was a squeeze but doable in our SUV.

Travel Fox have thought of everything and I would recommend Seagull Cottage to everyone. Really hope to go back again.

2 nights was bearable any longer would have been a challenge.
Positive: Good location close to the beach and local amenities
Negative: Property smelled of dogs. The bathroom was dirty. The bedroom doors have glass panels that you can see through and therefore no privacy in the rooms and also let in light from all other bedrooms. Perhaps some blinds would help. One of the pillows smelled of cigarette smoke in second double bedroom.
5.0/5
Great location with easy access to the sea front.
4.0/5
We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house is beautifully decorated, well-furnished, and in a fantastic location. It felt welcoming and thoughtfully set up, especially for families and dog owners. The kitchen was well-equipped, the blackout blinds were brilliant for the kids, and touches like the USB sockets and parking permit were much appreciated. The shower was great, and we loved the extra seating and general spaciousness of the home. With a few minor tweaks, it could be even better—but overall we had a lovely stay and would happily return.

Had everything you need and more. Great selection of treats in the welcome hamper. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Easy to walk to beach and town. A perfect stay.
7.0/10
Nice, clean and well equipped property but welcome pack issue was not resolved.
Positive: Location and property were nice. Property was cost and clean and there were some games which the children enjoyed. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and well equipped. Shower was particularly decent.
Negative: A minor issue which apparently was something the cleaning company were supposed at fault for: before arriving, a email mentioned a welcome pack which was supposed to include fresh milk which was not present when we got there. After travelling it would have been nice to not have to leave again to go to the shops so we could make a cup of tea as we were quite tired. Contacted the support line who responded but issue was not resolved or fully addressed.
5.0/5
Great place, would definitely stay again if in the area and would definitely recommend.
5.0/5

We really enjoyed our stay here! Had everything we needed there when we arrived and was in a great area. Everything was within walking distance and we had a very fun trip.
