The detached property offers a spacious layout ideal for families and groups. There are four bedrooms, a large living room for relaxing together, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dining.

The generous garden provides plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with open views across the surrounding countryside.

The home is set out on one level, making it easy to access all rooms and comfortable for guests of all ages.

Guests have access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and garden.

There is private driveway parking available for up to 3 cars.

Nice place just one of the toilet not working so a bit struggle for 8 of us. The house will be grand if there will be another showers too. But so far everything alright.

Paul’s place is lovely. A large, spacious house looking over a beautiful valley. All the rooms are good sized; we were staying with friends and there was space for everyone.
We enjoyed exploring the local areas, lots to do with young children.
Paul was helpful and communicative, provided clear information regarding our stay as well as suggestions on things to do. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The weather was perfect, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The house was even better than we expected—spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a lovely time staying here for a few days while we explored a couple surrounding areas!
The place itself was beautiful, matching the pictures! Lots of space and it all felt very comfortable! Except for crumbs across the dining room table, everything felt beautifully clean. The locals were all very friendly, too :)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Arfryn. The property was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were incredible, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in Wales.

Paul was a fantastic host throughout, very welcoming, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into the property, and it really made our stay special.

My wife and I genuinely loved staying here, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future and would highly recommend Arfryn to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable place to stay.

The Bungalow is lovely and spacious. Well equipped and very clean. It is located on a steep hill which didn’t really matter to us because we drove to the beach each day. There didn’t appear much to do in the immediate vicinity; a fish and chip shop and grocery store are just over a mile away Location is about a 20 minute drive to a few beautiful beaches, Pembrey being the children’s favourite. Overall a lovely place to stay.

We met family here and shared this lovely house. It had everything we needed and the communication was quick and comprehensive. The location was perfect for us and there was even a wonderful friendly neighbour who gave us lots of local advice and made us feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and all the beds were comfortable. Thoroughly recommend this place, especially if you want to enjoy Pembrey park or any of the local attractions. Thank you for a lovely mini break. ☺️

We had a great stay , the bungalow is roomy as described and we felt right at home there . Location is good , with local amenities just down the road .
We visited the National Botanic Garden of Wales which was really worth a visit and The British Bird of Prey Centre also really good just 20mins away .
