Brand new three-storey home in Wingerworth with driveway parking for two cars, an enclosed garden and room for one well-behaved dog. Sleeps 5 in a super king bedroom with en-suite, a king and a single, plus a top-floor lounge/library with books and games. Ultrafast WiFi and two Smart TVs with NOW, TNT Sports and Netflix. Avenue Country Park is a few minutes' walk away, with the Peak District, Chatsworth and Chesterfield a short drive.
On the ground floor there's a spacious living room with a 50" Smart TV, a modern kitchen/diner and a cloakroom WC. The first floor has a king bedroom, a single bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The top floor is a private retreat, with a super king bedroom (with its own TV and en-suite walk-in shower) and a cosy lounge/library stocked with books and board games.
Please note: there is a construction site next door, with materials delivered during the day. Camper vans and caravans are not allowed on the estate. The Tassimo coffee machine is provided but pods are not. A travel cot and highchair are not available.
