Dating back from the 19th century the property has lots of character, the apartment is on the first floor above the local community shop. No walls or floors are straight in the place !! The apartment is comfortably appointed - its an ideal bolt hole after a day on the beach or a long country walk. Note there are steps within the property
Having its own entrance on the ground floor through to the hallway, lots of space to store muddy boots or sandy shoes. Up the stairs to the first floor landing storing ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer. Through to the lounge with a comfy sofa and chair with a flat screen smart TV. Off the lounge is the kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge. The two bedrooms share a 'jack & jill' bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
