The house was above our expiration, spacious, clean and bright, the garden needed some work the plants due to the heat wave in whole UK but it's clean, nearby a local grocery just 4 minutes walk & small park, Greggs in gas station is just around 7 minutes walk, although it's quite far away from Birmingham city center, the bus stops are 4 minutes away. The kitchen appliances all available. Definitely recommend the place for families with children and yes it's air conditioned so it's perfect for both summer and winter. A Big Thanks to the Fox Team

Me and my family stayed here while I was exhibiting at the NEC it was comfortable with everything we needed. Clean and spacious we particularly liked the big open kitchen. My mum and dad especially with our baby spent plenty of time in the house and walking to the local parks while me and my husband worked. We then enjoyed using the sauna on an evening! Thank you for a great stay.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
Das Haus und auch der Garten entsprachen genau den Fotos. Die Kommunikation war die gesamte Zeit hervorragend und wir hätten uns bei Problemen jederzeit melden können. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Nachbarschaft und wir haben uns schnell mit dem Betreiber des abendlichen Eiswagens angefreundet 😉
Auch der Park in der Nähe mit einem großen Basketballplatz und Sportgeräten war ideal für uns. Zudem waren wir schnell in Orten wie Lichfield, Warwick Castle und weiteren Ausflugszielen.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Küche und das Bad gut ausgestattet. Falls es uns nochmal nach Birmingham verschlägt, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved this property. It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The BBQ and outdoor space were a real highlight, and the house is finished to a very high standard. We’d happily stay here again based on the property alone.

The only downside, which is completely outside of the host’s control, was the neighbour to the right. They were extremely rude, confrontational and intimidating, repeatedly coming outside to challenge our family and friends about parking, even when vehicles were parked alongside the Airbnb property and not causing any obstruction. It was clear they weren’t happy about the neighbouring house being an Airbnb.

This is no reflection on the host, who was excellent throughout. The property itself is gorgeous and we’d definitely recommend it.

Communication was great from host. Unfortunately the sauna was not working at the time of the stay and we was not informed of this.
Air fryer and oven was not cleaned pre-check in. No spare bedsheets in the property and although this would be out the hosts' control, the neighbor is not very friendly and rude. Hoover was full of dog hairs.
The property in itself is beautiful, the furniture looks new and everything looks like the pictures, other than the appliances the property was very clean!!
