I told them - and they sent cleaners. Who were apologetic.
But no fun hanging with cleaners on first night.
Secondly the bed is terrible. There was another review saying bed uncomfortable so they should have known and investigated.
Mattress worn and collapsed. First night no sleep. Second night tried to crunch up and sleep on sofa. Third and fourth night realised there was a sliver on far side of bed where mattress not collapsed so slept on my side there without moving apart from careful 360 degree turns!
Apart from that the place is nice with a fairly good location.
But sadly I rate low for preventable annoying issues! I won’t be back!
