This spacious and comfortable Victorian townhouse is handy for the city centre with
TV, Wifi and free parking – ideal for families, couples and business travellers.
It’s stylishly renovated with a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and 5
comfortable beds (up to 9 guests). Relax watching TV on the squashy sofa – or in
your bedroom amid plump pillows and duvets!
Upperton House is your cosy retreat from the bustling city with a great choice of
restaurants, shops and takeaways nearby.

Upperton House is a smart and spacious townhouse close to Leicester city centre
with TV, Wifi and free on-street parking. With five comfortable bedrooms and two
bathrooms there’s accommodation for up to 9 guests.

It’s been newly and stylishly renovated with cheering colour accents – a relaxing
haven in the busy city. The welcoming living room with feature fireplace, wide screen
TV, comfy sofa and armchairs is a great place to relax.

There’s a dining table seating six in front of the bay window right next to the well-equipped kitchen – with freezer, washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Four bedrooms have double beds and one a single bed.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fireplace, bedside tables plus table and chair;
Bedroom 2 a single bed;
Bedroom 3 a double bed, and two chests of drawers;
Bedroom 4 a double bed, wardrobe and bedside chair and
Bedroom 5 a wardrobe and bedside chair.

Both bathrooms have shower cabinets, sink and WC and a hairdryer is provided.

Outside is an enclosed garden space.

Guests are welcome to use the whole house.

Justine’s place was very spacious and full of character. We had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Very comfortable beds and cosy lounge. Great location with a vast range of shops and restaurants at our doorstep. Justine was very friendly and contacted us before we arrived. She arranged free car parking for us prior to our arrival and checked in on us regularly during our 4 week stay. An excellent host. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you Justine!

My family enjoyed our stay at Upperton House. There was plenty of room for us all and Justine was very attentive and responded to any queries very quickly. My two dogs were very comfortable here and the enclosed back garden was an added bonus!

Justine and Sam are incredible hosts! The place is great and was more than enough space for 8 of us and they were quick at responding to all queries. They’re both so friendly and I’d a hundred percent recommend staying at Upperton House. It’s also situated in a great location (not too far from a retail park known as Fosse park) with free parking nearby if travelling in big numbers. Thank you both for a great stay!

We stated as a family group of 8 adults who had travelled for a wedding. Amenities were great! Kitchen had everything we needed for making dinner when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed to get ready in the morning . Would recommend if you need a home from home stay.

We had a great stay! The house was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cutlery and essentials we needed, which made cooking so convenient. Justine was incredibly responsive and helpful—when we had a small issue, she resolved it quickly and even checked back to make sure everything was fine. The place was also spotlessly clean and tidy. Highly recommend staying here!

The team were super responsive, great instructions etc. Wi-Fi did not work when we arrived so someone came round and it was fixed within half an hour. Plenty of space, lots of amenities as it has clearly been student accommodation - 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, washer and dryer etc. Interesting location in an ethnically diverse area.

However, the crockery was poorly cleaned (no sponge or cloth supplied so that could account for it), and the place had an underlying smell that still managed to cut through the powerful air fresheners. The duvets in particular were smelly and the place was dusty - only time in the 3 weeks I have been in the UK that my asthma played up. The washing machine made very alarming sounds and I'm surprised it survived an entire wash cycle. Both toilet seats were poorly fixed and moved around, the downstairs shower head needed to be held in place to use it, and the door on the upstairs shower was broken.

We has a great stay at Justine's house. We enjoyed sitting in the garden. The bedrooms were really comfortable, with Tvs in the bedrooms. The living room was very comfortable and the location was excellent. We walked to a great restaurant in Narborough Road. We walked from the train station.
Overall a great stay in a really comfortable Victorian house.

We booked this place for our friends who were attending our wedding. It had all the amenities they needed.
Most importantly our friends were arriving at 12-1pm which was earlier than the chcek in time however I was able to speak to Justine and they were very flexible and helpful allowing us to have a early check thus enabling me to look after my guests so well. My guests were able to check in early and get good rest.
kitchen had all the utensils and bowls we needed and they also provided lots of board games which my friends enjoyed. The location was not too far from the location of the wedding and so commuting was quite easy for everyone.

Once again since we had a lot of guests, we need some more time for checkout and we were allowed to check out 45 mins later.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
