Great size house, lovely space outside too. All the bits you'd need already there.

Thanks for a lovely stay in your home. The property is larger than the photos make it look, plenty of space. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering to book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

beautiful house with amazing amenities. lovely quiet area. no issues at all.
also supplied one fan due to extreme heat when requested.
would highly recommend

tricky place to find , qas very grateful for the video and written instructions. Really quiet neighbourhood, lovely house , free from lots of family clutter. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms had shampoo etc in them. Close to city, short Uber ride I to town. Perfect for University Graduation week.
BBQ in garden, lovely outdoor secure space where children could play ball.
Could have done with bed layout to plan rooms a little easier. We could not work out where it slept 12 until realised there were 2 sofa beds. You would all still get privacy if you needed to sleep the full 12.
Would highly recommend this house if you need to stay in Leicester.

Host was above and beyond in the check-in process.
The house was AMAZING. Better than the pictures.

Remarkable place for a great price, the whole family loved it. Thanks to Sam, Rachel and everyone involved
3.0/5
The house is great and spacious with everything you needed, however it wasn’t very clean on arrival which was a shame. We had to get new bedding which was promptly refunded and a cleaner was sent the next day. Host was responsive but needs to make sure the cleaning company are better.

very beautiful and spacious house in lovely quiet area - great walk through park and New Walk into town for the fascinating history on view in Leicester
2.0/5
Communicate pre and post was clear and gave lots of information about finding the property and instructions of the amenities.
Unfortunately the property wasnt as clean as I would expect with dust in obvious areas and the fridge and oven hadnt been cleaned in a while.
The main oven also didnt work throughout our stay - no temperature, which was a huge disappointment and inconvenience.
It could benefit from more homely touches as feels more function than home.
We had to go searching for the duvet for the sofa bed as all the ones downstairs didnt have a cover.
Overall it would be a great option for people needing a place for 4+ people to sleep if they deep cleaned the property and made it more of a home.

Absolutely perfect for a get together, great food, bustling city, and a quiet neighborhood.

Gorgeous house. Host is communicative and helpful.
4.0/5
Good location, close to city centre amenities.
Grand home with plenty of space and nice garden. Nice bathrooms.
General cleanliness could be improved. Surfaces and floors could do with a deep clean.
We had an issue with the main oven not working, which the agent was responsive to but it wasn’t repaired during the stay. Also found several items belonging to the owners or previous visitors, including a very old baby bottle including milk behind the bed!
Good overall and with some attention to detail could be excellent.
3.0/5
Nice house in good location. Few differences vs photos. Main areas clean but some issues that couldn’t be resolved during stay.
5.0/5
We had a great stay. House just as described.
1.0/5
Absolutely horrific experience. Avoid at all costs. Property had been superficially cleaned following a party before our check in. Rubbish bags sat on drive, upturned garden furniture. Finger marks all over mirrors around the house, faeces splatter stuck to inside of toilet bowls and worst of all; the unthinkable - what could only be bodily fluid stains on duvet. Bedding was not washed between guests. Spare pillow had blood splatter on it. Boiler wasn’t working and had to be reset for heating to work. Host unresponsive out of office hours and sounds like an AI chatbot. Had to drive around to find bedding to buy at 2 am and had to check out after one awful sleepless night to find alternative accommodation. Host then started harassing for payments for damaged blinds which we didn’t break as Airbnb gave us full refund for property.

Lovely house, clean and well equipped to accommodate big families. Nice spacious dining area with open living area. Excellent swift communication from the host, he was always at hand when messaging. Lovely grass area, ideal property to rent in the summer. Would definitely come back to stay here again. We had a big party and all thoroughly enjoyed their experience at this air BnB would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! exactly as described with lots to do around the house

Wonderful home. Very techy! Clean and had all the amenities you need. Lots of room to all spread out and not be on top of each other but also lovely sociable space to eat and spend time together.

Very convenient too for the local park round the corner for the children to play in - playground and very big space to kick a football.

Garden was very long - great for children running around.

Driving distance to local restaurants, bowling and the space centre.

Very responsive and helpful host. We celebrated my sister’s graduation with Bruneian students from Leicester College and had a great time. The kitchen was fully equipped and the stay was one of the highlights of our UK trip. Highly recommended.

We booked this Airbnb while attending my wife’s grandma’s funeral, and it provided exactly the comfort and peace we needed. My father-in-law checked in first and found the house spotless, tidy, and welcoming. When we joined later, we were equally impressed — the beds were very comfortable, the amenities were perfect, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The location was especially convenient for the Great Glen Crematorium, which made things easier during a difficult time. Overall, it was a lovely home that gave our family a restful and supportive base
