Perfect for a family stay
Positive: Great cosy place for a family stay with a well-kept garden. Plenty of social space with a decent kitchen and conservatory
Negative: No washing machine, but to be fair that was not specified upfront

The accommodation was fantastic. The home great for the adults with it being spacious and comfortable. The kids also loved the garden and playing there. The location is peaceful and nearby to all essential services. Would highly recommend and already look forward to visiting again 😊

Great place to feel at home and be in peaceful surroundings. Fans were provided for the hot weather which was great. Kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook.

I travel frequently for work and stay in all types of accommodation, and this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. From the moment I arrived, it felt like a home away from home.

The location was excellent, the house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for anyone wanting to self-cater. Everything had been thoughtfully prepared, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

My only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the bathroom, as this was the only thing I felt was missing.

I stayed during the July 2026 heatwave, and unfortunately the underfloor heating in the conservatory had been left on, making it too hot to use. The iPad used to control it was also missing during my stay, so I wasn’t able to turn it off. This was only a minor inconvenience and didn’t detract from what was otherwise an excellent stay.

I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

The house was great, had everything that was needed, very clean space with lots of room, best part was the kitchen, very spacious and felt at home, overall a great stay!

Lovely property and what you would hope for and expect when staying somewhere. We found a few snags during our stay. Such as some shards of glass on the floor missed when cleaning as well as some stains & marks. However, I reported this to The Travel Fox just for their awareness as opposed to our sake as it didn’t affect our stay and their response has been incredible ready for future guests. The property fit all of our needs, was easy to find and has great transport links back to the dual carriageway if you need to travel out (which we did!). Would definitely book again. Thank you!
