First of all there is a hidden £25 waiver fee that they spring on you before they give you access codes. I think this is a rip off. The buidimg is a student building with no signage. Once in was forced to wait 35 mins to get into apartment asthey had given me the

It’s an alright place for someone or 2 people to stay if they looking for something quick and easy for a few days and something cheap the oven handle is broken but from that everything is pretty good instructions are very good and clear

Arrived to find property dirty. Mould outside entrance to door. Broken mattress. Dust and hairs. Strong smell that someone has been smoking previously. Bathroom sink had urine stains on side as next to toilet. Cups had coffee marks. Missing some basic amenities such as cheese grater, chopping board, anything at all to clean and tidy up after yourself with, even washing up sponge or bin bags. Expectation to leave property clean however not even a dustpan and brush. Plaster peeling near windows. Armchair FULL of stains. This is a student bedsit. The bed is not a double, a struggle for two people to sleep. Outside the area feels unsafe with broken glass in the road, smashed car windows, litter, people doing deals in phone boxes. Not suitable for professionals or anyone visiting Nottingham. I had to clean entire property, including walls. Although I was eventually provided with a new mattress and chair, room was not suitable to begin with. Do not recommend. Change your cleaning company.

Perfect place to say for convenience. 6 minute drive to QMC. Lots of free parking right next to the property. Would recommend.
