The house is lovely and totale matched the description. We went when there was a heatwave and fans were provided plus another was dropped off during out stay which was great and very proactive! The only thing I would like to see improvement on is some house maintenance, so of the walls are cracked and could do with cleaning and maybe a new lick of paint. Other than that I can’t complain, it was a lovely place to stay and so easy to get everywhere.

Just returned from a 5 night stay that we all loved - great to be in the centre of Leek with lots of restaurants and shops near by - free parking is an added bonus.
Before we arrived we had clear instructions on where to park and how to gain access - the flat was larger than we thought - one decent sized twin room and a very spacious main bedroom. Bathroom has a bath and separate shower and the kitchen was well equipped and included your basics like tea/ coffee/ sugar/ washing up items and even kitchen roll.
Ideally situated about 15 minutes from Alton Towers and the Peak District- I would definitely recommend.

Ideal for what we were looking for couple of little issues witch were easy fixed next morning after speaking with owners
Positive: Clean and close to local shops and Alton tower what we were looking for
Negative: Wasn’t aware it was 3 flights of stairs

Lovely apartment, location is perfect
Positive: Very secure, excellent location for where we needed to go
Negative: It was just very hot, apartment could be cleaner just little things like the glass tables, mirrors, windows

This was a fantastic central hub for families wanting to tour the area of Manchester, Alton, Birmingham.

It's important to note there is no dedicated parking area and though we didn't have a problem given we were out each day there is during 8-5 the risk of having to pay for parking. Also the TV hardware is outdated so to play streaming apps you'll need to bring your own firestick or equivalent.

The property was clean bar a newspaper and some Nerf bullets our daughter found under the couch.

Amenities were well stocked and the host was quick to aide us in any restock. Cooking from the property is no bother given the number of different supermarket brands and pubs all within walkable distance.

The check in is straight forward with the host providing a very detailed breakdown with videos for finding your way in that was greatly appreciated.

Place was great and really good location for heading into the Peak District in the daytime.

Positive: Had a lovely stay in the town of Leek a lovely market town lots of pubs and places to eat
The apartment we stay in was in the market square above the cycle shop very clean and comfy place with all you need for a lovely stay
5.0/5
Parking was easy regardless of Saturday market day.
There were lots of cheap paid car parks around - a lot.
The place wasn’t noisy regardless of it being in the city center.
Shops were very close - 2 mins walk to Iceland and 5mins walk to Lidl.
We loved the place - it felt like home and it was easy to get in.
It can accommodate 7 people, a sofa bed and an extra moveable bed with a soft mattress was available.
It was secured and the videos on YouTube makes it easy to locate the property.
The washroom / toilet was big! A tub and a shower. The water temperature was just too right. The WiFi was fast enough for us and our streams.
In general , we had a good time and we enjoyed the stay.
We will definitely lodge there again and again - anytime we visit Leek.
Thank you 🙏 very much for the experience.
Much appreciated

Good Location and Comfort, but Improvements Needed
Positive: Things we liked:

- The bath was huge and a real highlight of the apartment.
- The high ceilings helped keep the bathroom cool during the hot weather.
- Fans were provided, which was appreciated.
- There was plenty of linen and towels available for our stay.
- The dishwasher worked well and there was a good supply of cleaning products provided. An antibacterial spray would have been a useful addition.
- The beds were very comfortable.
Negative: Overall we enjoyed the stay, but there were several issues that should be addressed:

- The TV frequently froze when using the smart apps.
- The sash windows would not stay open, which was difficult during the very hot weather.
- The fridge smelled strongly of coffee.
- The floors were uneven and my son fell from his chair. Chairs with standard legs rather than bar-style feet may be safer on uneven flooring.
- The toaster handles were broken.
- The extractor hood lights were not working.
- Additional internal door security would be appreciated, such as a latch or bolt, as the current setup felt insecure.
- The entry area had a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay.
- The coffee machine appears to need a cleaning cycle/tablet.
- Loud karaoke noise on Sunday night continued until around 1am.
- The wardrobe was not secured to the wall and almost fell onto my son, which is a serious safety concern.
- The coat stand by the front door was unstable on the uneven carpet and repeatedly fell over.
- The bathroom would benefit from additional storage/shelving.

I hope this feedback is helpful, as many of these issues could be improved quite easily and would make the apartment much safer and more comfortable for future guests.

Good place to stay if you want to be in the center of Leek. Place was clean and matched the description.

A spacious apartment, very clean, tastefully decorated/modern, with great facilities. The apartment is located in the centre of Leek on a market square (ideally placed for access to shops, local groceries, restaurants etc) but despite that there is often a lot going on, security and privacy didn't feel compromised. Incredible value for money. Thanks!

Positive: Town centre
Negative: The Town Crier pub next door.
3 flights of stairs to the 2 bed apartment.
No outside space.

Lovely apartment as described. We had a wedding to attend at the three horse shoes. Was a short taxi ride to get there which was perfect for us. Great location, nice clean apartment, would definitely stay again.

Andrew's place was exactly as described. it was clean and had everything we needed. very spacious and comfortable. would definitely recommend and stay again.
3.0/5
The flat was pleasant enough though being on the market square on the weekend was rather noisy til quite late. Also, there were five of us - 3 adults and 2 children. The fold out bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the sofa was also partly broken so that the cushions sank into it so couldn't sleep on there either.

Having said that the place was clean and the kitchen well provisioned.

Lovely place right in the centre of Leek! It was great to be able to pop back and forth as we needed when we were exploring the high street. Andrew was super helpful with their instructions on how to get here and where to park, and gave us details on how to use everything in the flat.

Would definitely recommend staying here!

We planned a hike for Easter and stayed at Andrew's bnb and it was the perfect location! We hiked The Roaches and it took us less than 10 minutes to get to our destinations from this place. Situated at the town centre so it was very accessible to restaurants, shops and we also enjoyed the vintage flea market over the weekend. Such lovely people in Leek too very friendly! Andrew was such a great host and very responsive to my queries. The virtual catalog helped us with checking in, going around places, finding places to eat right till check out! Everything was flawless! It's perfect for people who are perfectionists in terms of planning! Would definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
