This recently renovated, fully equipped, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom vacation home has: a lounge area/diner with double sofa bed and flat screen Smart TV perfect for streaming your favorite movies; a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine; a private bedroom; and a private bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Located in the town centre, close to the trendy cafes, restaurants. It is the ideal place for a couples get away, business trip, or for visiting family. Parking is just outside the apartments on the market square.

Close to the stunning Peak District, Alton Towers, The Roaches and Staffordshire Moorlands, as well as near to Macclesfield Forrest, with an abundance of great walks, pubs, tourist attractions nearby. The town itself is a market town that has carried on its tradition with a weekly local market.

Leek is an attractive town and the property is ideally placed within it but bus services are limited
Positive: Fixtures and fittings are of high quality and modern
Negative: Getting the codes to enter was exasperating for people in their late 80's who are not comfortable with smart phones. Allowance should be made automatically without having to beg for them

Great location and facilities, perfect for the Peaks.
Positive: Great location close to lots of shops and restaurants. Great size flat, with everything needed for a self catering stay. Parking was easy to use outside the block. Access to some great walks within 15 minutes drive.
Negative: The main lounge area could do with a lamp, rather than just the overhead lights.

The apartment was well equipped, adequately heated and cozy. It’s close to amenities and the host was accommodating to allow an earlier check in. I couldn’t give it a five star because of the noise from pub next door and marketplace generally. I recommend to use good earplugs to sleep. Great location to explore the Roaches!

Excellent apartment and responsive hosts
Positive: Clean, comfortable, great location. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Videos of how to access and enter the property made arrival easy and stress free. Comprehensive instructions on using appliances and about local facilities.
Negative: Parking can be awkward. If you can get a free place around the square it is fine but these are at a premium. You pay In the centre of the square and there is a 3 hour maximum stay. Other nearby car parks have 3 or 10 hour maximum stay and no overnight parking.

Lovely town and location I’d definitely stay again.
Positive: Excellent location with well equipped kitchen and lots of space.
Negative: A bit tricky to park nearby but can get closer in the evening. Lighting for mirror in the bathroom was missing.

Beautiful and very spacious flat. The place was very cozy and organized. The only minor issue was that the shower drain was clogged and probably needed a clean but beside that everything else was clean. Extremely convenient location near lots of facilities and lots of breathtaking scenery. Andrew gave really easy to follow and clear instructions about how to get to the place and how to use the amenities in the flat. Highly recommend this place.

However the process has been seamless from start to finish, Andrew was fantastic at communicating and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Lovely location and the flat appeared very clean however upon further inspection the property definitely needed a more thorough clean to remove previous guests belongings. After highlighting this, the hosts did send cleaners the next day which was helpful. Not the best experience when messaging the hosts although they did respond quickly.

We had a lovely stay. The flat has everything you need and as described In a central location in the town. Convenient for restaurants and shops as well as getting out and exploring the beauty of the Peaks. Plenty of parking either outside or in nearby car parks which were free between 3.30pm and 9.30am.

Absolutely perfect stay for a weekend in the Peak District! The flat was spotless and exactly as described. Located right in the centre of Leek which was great. Check in was very straightforward, made even easier by Andrew’s great communication and instructions. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a getaway in the Peaks!
