It was ok to stay but beds were so uncomfortable.
Positive: Location was good easy to access close to main routes to Alton Towers and close enough to city centre. Super markets like Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Asda express were also near.
Negative: Beds were very uncomfortable, could not sleep properly. Spring mattresses on both beds were so soft, and uncomfortable to sleep. Overall furniture was not of high standard. Things were so cheap in quality. Coffee table was so fragile to use it. Although property was decorated nicely but things were not of high standard. Kitchen was very basic as well but good enough to have breakfast at home. Curtains railing was also like it will fall. If beds were better I would have never complained as it was booked for our summer vacation I made good memories with my kids. Thank you. Landlord was good communicator and quick responsive.

Ok in a pinch but not child friendly
Positive: The location was good
Negative: Shower and bath had no water pressure
The kitchen was barely stocked with utensils
The property promised a cot but didnt provide one
There wasn’t enough bedding provided
The pillows has cigarette burns in
Beds were rock hard
Nothing done to resolve anything

A great place to stay in Stoke
Positive: Location was excellent, neighbourhood was friendly and safe, house was clean, necessities were all there and in good condition, overall a homely feeling!
Negative: Some of the furniture was mismatched and dated

It was a pleasant experience overall.
Positive: The property is beautiful. Easy to locate and quite homely.
Negative: I came with kids and the utensils were not adequate, I had to go buy from the store, also bought things like kitchen sponge and kitchen roll.

L'aspirapolvere in dotazione aspira poco. Per il resto però la casa è confortevole e ben disposta. Non appena abbiamo segnalato la mancanza del phon qualcuno si è adoperato subito per fornircelo in pochissimo tempo. Posizione tranquilla e soggiorno gradevole.

Positive: Fairly comfortable stay
Negative: The mattress could be better. Also the garden could be better maintained

Ok but could be better.
Positive: Location and size was good
Negative: Beds we're extremely uncomfortable. One was too hard and the other was so soft you could feel the bed frame underneath. Even my children said they were uncomfortable and didn't sleep well which is unusual for them. Also there seemed to be quite a lot of damage woth the furniture eg coffee table and other mirrored or glass items. Not really family friendly having mirrored and glass furniture.

Overall great experience.
Positive: Apartment was a home away from home. We really do enjoy our stay. It has all we needed.
Negative: Even though I understand the need for security deposit however, imagine someone who doesn’t have enough to pay for the security deposit after they already paid for the booking itself. Unless am not sure if it’s clearly stated on the listing, if it’s not it will be nice to let people aware of the deposit before they paid for the booking.
Aside from that it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend

Lovely location in quiet area. Would stay here again
3.0/5
We stayed here as a family as a base to go to Alton towers as it was relatively near the station and links with the bus.

Unfortunately first impressions weren't great. The garden was not like the pictures. It was overgrown, a dirty old sofa was dumped in the garden, the bins were on the grass and rubbish all over the floor.

On the surface the place looked ok but there were a lot of things missing and broken. Tables taped up, hairs and stains over the bed sheets, old wrappers from previous guests. Basic essentials missing like colander, proper baking trays etc.

The bathroom was good and mostly clean and it was handy having a downstairs toilet. The neighbours were noisy and had a very noisy dog

We were, after a lot of asking, able to check in 30 mins early which was helpful. The outside of the house and the actual road is quite nice. However the surroundings aren't nice, my daughter's saw drug deals happening and we were approached several times
