No toilet paper, soap or towels out in toilets We found towels in the hall cupboard that looked old. On the last day we found towels in the washing machine so I am imagining they were the ones we were supposed to use. We couldn’t work out how to shut the electric blind in one of the bedroom. There were no instructions stating we needed to charge the remote and how. We had to sleep with the blind open which wasn’t great. Was sorted the following day. There was no hairdryer despite stating they provided it. After I highlighted this I got an apology with no suggestion to provide one. They eventually agreed to provide one after I said it was unacceptable. I had to go out that day with wet hair as we had somewhere we had to be.
