An incredible house in an amazing location. I wasn’t expecting it to be quite so beautiful and well presented, and I wasn’t expecting such a central location given the large surrounding garden but wow… this was an amazing surprise. Good communications, easy and safe check in, clean, bright and well presented. The fans were extremely welcome…! Thanks for letting us stay :)

We stayed two nights at springfield house, the house was beautiful and felt like home, it has everything you need and could want. It is private but close to shops and restaurants. 2 minutes away is a supermarket. Plenty of parking

This property sits on a large plot within the town of Cheadle. The pictures make it feel more rural than it is although the garden is very secluded. Recently renovated to a high standard in a modern, semi-retro style, with everything you need and well thought out. Cheadle is nothing to write home about but amenities are close by to the accommodation.
I didn't appreciate being taken to another platform to complete the booking and make a security deposit, as it just creates extra admin and dilutes the whole benefit of Abnb is the limited admin.

WOW! This was our first time using Airbnb, and what a positive experience. Sam and the team at Travel Fox communicated very well. We were regually updated with emails and were always if needed able to contact the team. The accommodation Springfield hous in Cheadle, was immaculate! I only wish we had found this sooner. Our Sons 21st birthday and Uni Graduation at University of Stafforshire and Alton Towers was made more special by this fantastic accommodation. It was the icing on the cake!!

we had a wonderful stay in Sprinfield house. we absolutely loved the property, it felt like home and had everything we needed.
location was perfect for us visiting alton towers. We also had a great day out to Trentham Monkey Forest and Trentham Shopping Village.

Absolutely shocking experience. We paid £344 for one night and were then asked to pay an additional £27 through a separate website for a so-called damage deposit, only to later be told that this money is non-refundable. This was never made clear when booking and feels completely misleading.

To make matters worse, when we arrived at 4 pm for check-in, there were still maintenance workers inside the property. We had no privacy until around 5–6 pm, which was unacceptable considering the amount we paid. The communication and organisation from the company managing the property were terrible.

The house itself was beautiful, but the service was awful. We felt poorly treated and very disappointed. It is a shame that such a lovely property is let down by such poor management. This was one of the worst customer experiences we have had, and unfortunately, we would not recommend this property to anyone. Be very careful about hidden charges and the lack of professionalism.

We had a great stay! The house was very welcoming and homely from the moment we arrived. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We were staying for two nights while visiting Alton Towers, and the location was perfect. The house is set just off the road down a short driveway, which made it feel very private and peaceful.

Overall, it was an excellent place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We will definitely return the next time we visit Alton Towers!

Absolute dream of a place to stay at. The house was amazing, the garden was massive, the location was ideal for Alton Towers. Simply put if Carlsberg did Airbnb ….We had 8 people stay over two nights and I will always look out for this place next time we have a family stay at Alton Towers. Thankyou so so much

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The host was wonderfully upfront about one existing issue, which was that one shower being out of action due to a previous guest’s damage — but this genuinely didn’t affect our stay at all.

We also mentioned that two of the WC seats were a bit wobbly, and the host responded straightaway, thanked us for flagging it, and confirmed it would be passed to their maintenance team. Their communication throughout was excellent.

Overall, we were extremely impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend this property to future guests. The host was helpful, considerate, and a pleasure to deal with. We’d happily stay again.

Just got back after a few nights here as a group of 4 for our trip to Alton towers and we all absolutely loved this place! Stunning and extremely clean throughout. Beautiful outdoor seating (luckily the weather was nice) and made us all feel at home. We will definitely be back!

A lovely house, it is on a street but set back as the road is very busy. Clean house. Garden is big and lots of space for children to run.
